Description of Work: upgrade to electrical service...needed to replace a bathroom fan and he installed it while they were there also even though it was not part of the service.

Description of Work: Matt installed a bathroom fan, light above the tub, and vanity light fixture in my bathroom. He gave me advice on types of fixtures to use and why, what to anticipate if more work was needed beyond what was obvious, and picked out an extremely quiet overhead bathroom fan to use and LED light. I am exceedingly pleased with the outcome, the pricing was reasonable, and Matt is terrific to work with. I'll be having Matt come back for additional work that's needed at my house. I highly recommend Matt/Foley Electric (Matt Foley is Foley Electric!) to anyone seeking an electrician they can trust.

This job was no different, and I was totally satisfied with the communication, on-site work, and billing.

Description of Work: Put in a new crystal light fixture where there had never been a ceiling fixture. Very prompt on his arrival, pleasant in his demeanor and very effective. I love my new light and appreciated all the time Matt spent assembling the many crystals that hung from the fixture. I would definitely recommend him and use him again. He went out of his way to fit me into a busy schedule on short notice, which I greatly appreciated.

Description of Work: Matt Foley answered my call immediately and was very responsive. We set up an appointment and he showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, and even suggested an upgrade that my husband is very happy with. Not all the work is completed as we are still waiting for some fixtures we ordered online, but he will be coming back soon to finish the job. All in all, we were very pleased.

Description of Work: Foley Electric upgraded my interior service (one original fuse box and one circuit breaker box), installed a new circuit box, replaced old light fixtures, and replaced old switches and old two-prong outlets with three-prong outlets. Matt is very professional. He first came to the house and quickly provided me with a written estimate. We were able to schedule the work for a time that was mutually convenient and he performed the work quickly. I have already referred him to others and will also call him again for my electrical needs.

Description of Work: Matt was great. He came down to Duxbury and provided an estimate (even though he is based out of Braintree). He showed up on time, was responsive to email/texts, and was able to complete the repair/request on the spot. He repaired two outside lights and installed an outside electrical outlet. I strongly recommend Foley Electric and couldn't have been any happier with my overall experience.

Description of Work: Matthew Foley installed a wall heater in my basement, and also had to do some switching around of breakers in my electrical service to make room for the new 240v heater. Did a great job. He's professional in all he does, and a nice guy too. I hung out with him as he did the work and even got to learn a few new tricks of the trade from a pro. He's now in my phone book as my 'go-to' electrician.
