I hired Dave last year to level out my yard and help install drainage around house, and to build a patio and custom granite cobblestone stairs. I can't thank Dave enough for the great job he did at my house. The stairs were tedious and difficult build, but he did so with no complaints. My hilly yard was a nightmare to maneuver his machine around and the soil was full of large aggregate which was h****** his machine and him as the operator. Dave was also in demand to begin other jobs. Despite all of this , due to Dave's diligence and integrity, he finished my difficult yard, where other contractors would have left to make more money somewhere else. Throughout the job Dave remained flexible to the many add-ons and changes I made. His main focus is to get the job he was hired to do it absolutely right and to the customers satisfaction. Dave did a great job and my family and I are enjoying a nice dry basement thanks to the drainage he installed and a great yard for my kids to play in. Dave was great. He came when he said he was going to come, and kept us informed of all of the steps he was completing. The excavation work was right on target. His biggest job was to replace our front steps and landing. He was so thorough that the inspector in our town made a comment that he was one of the best masons that he has seen. Dave also did some extra things for us that he did not charge us for like some tree work and assisting the landscape team in designing the walk ways and the patio. We were offered a running bond pattern by the landscape company, but Dave suggested that we do a herring bone pattern which turned out to look much nicer. Bottom line is that Dave is a contractor that you can trust in his masonry, excavation and walkway design and installtion skills. The best part about him is that there are no games. He did the work (and some extras) on time and on target to the penny of what was quoted to us. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He showed up gave me a estimate the next day and moved all the equipment and started . He completed the project also did not charge me for extras preformed.

Overall, we were very impressed with the quality of his company's work. They showed up on time, got the work done in a timely fashion, and Dave was very helpful in answering all of our questions (and suggesting good solutions). Most importantly, we haven't had any more water problems so far. We would certainly use him again for other work.
