Carl could not be more professional. This is the second time I have used him and will use him for all my electric needs. I ordered a light from Amazon that was way too big. He went out of his way to go to Home Depot and replace it for no extra charge. Could not recommend more highly.

His price for the job completed was very fair!! Carl went above and beyond what he had to do and gave me some very helpful advice on another unrelated issue at my house. The job went well. The guys showed up on time, analyzed the job, made sure we had the right materials/equipment and went to work. They finished quickly, left the job site clean and were very polite. I would gladly have them back when I need more work done.

Carl Joost was first on Angie's List. He got here in an hour, found the wires. He disposed of two and put the third in a junction box so that the insulation could proceed. The insulators and I were pleased with his professional work. I will ask Carl to do other projects.

The overall experience working with Carl was excellent. He was able to accommodate my request on very short notice as I called him on late Friday afternoon to do a job the next morning. Carl arrived and instantly provided me with my options. He also worked with the carpenter to come up with a viable solution to the problem. I would definitely use him again and he was extremely professional and affordable.

Carl was excellent! He was professional from start to finish. I recently moved to Braintree from the city and was looking for a local electrician. Carl is based right in Braintree! He came and gave me an estimate and walked me thru the job step by step. I knew exactly what I was getting. He was prompt and professional. I have worked with many electricians, and Carl was by far one of the best! I would hire Carl back again and have already referred him out to neighbors and friends.

He called to reconfirm the appointment, which I appreciated. He arrived when he said he would. He showed me his credentials before entering the house. He wiped his feet before he walked around my house. He knew right away what the problems were, by asking me a few questions. He suggested other repairs that he could make while he was there, and included them in the cost estimate. I recommend Carl Joost for electrical work.
