As a first time buyer I did not know much about the whole process of buying a house and a friend recommended I use Alysa O'Hara of Bradford Realty. They had a very good experience working with her when they sold their condo and bought a house. Alysa took me to over 20 houses in Braintree, Quincy, and Weymouth. She explained to me in detail the entire home buying process and even helped me find a great mortgage broker. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my many questions. She always called me back and answered my emails very quickly. She knows the area well and was able to tell me when a home was priced well. When I found a house that I liked she put together a detailed market analysis and helped me decide on a price to put in the offer. After some negotiating she got me a great price. She was there for the home inspection, made sure I met all my deadlines and was at the closing. All in all the deal went very smoothly and I could not be happier in my new home.
