+ -1 moreBrian was a referral from another contractor I used and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I texted Brian and he quickly called back to setup a time to come by. Brian was here on time and promptly fixed the issue. Brian was polite, professional and I will definitely use him for future projects.
Description of Work: Brian replaced a master bath shower arm. He also provided advice on some other preventative maintenance questions I had.

Description of Work: we had a malfunctioning hot water dispenser. Brian as always repaired the unit and explained in a very easy to understand manner what the problem was and how to work with the insurance warranty company ... I highly recommend this young man

Description of Work: Brian does work for me all the time. I own a lot of rental property. Brian is the most reliable, most skilled contractor I have. He does the work to a very high level, and he is responsive and communicates extremely well.

+ -1 moreHe is very honest in that we had a hook up already , we did not know this . He told us that we were in good shape and did not need his services. He was very instructive as to the leaking problem and determined that it was the indoor sprinkler th was causing the leak. we had to use the condo plumber. But Brian was extremely gracious about the call. We did gve him some compensation for is time. I would positivley recommend this company.
Description of Work: Did two inspection relating to hook up for refrigerator water connection and also determined where a leak was coming from that was within the walls.
