This was part of a larger renovation project which took much longer than anticipated in the initial phases of construction. NexSense's audio-visual installation date kept getting postponed, through no fault of their own, and was ultimately delayed by several months. Through it all, NexSense's owner was willing to hang in there and keep rescheduling the installation, and beyond that, to store thousands of dollars of delicate equipment which had arrived in time for the initial installation date. Once NexSense was finally given the go-ahead to execute their part of the project, they flawlessly installed the system and patiently taught me (a non-techie) how to use it. Their wiring, which is hidden in cabinets, is nonetheless carefully installed. I will upload a picture which speaks volumes about the quality of their work. The system is wonderful - I can seamlessly and easily switch from listening to music, to watching television, to downloading a movie, to showing home videos and photos, to much more. The sound quality is amazing. The few times I've had questions about the system since I've been using it, the owner has immediately responded with answers. He clearly feels a responsibility to his customers well beyond the initial installation. My experience with NexSense has been uniformly positive and I highly recommend this company with no reservations whatsoever.

They were excellent - highly professional, reliable, and knowledgeable about the latest technology. Their finished product is outstanding and we are really enjoying our new home theatre system. If you have ever worried about whether someone will come back to service a product once it's installed you won't have to worry about NexSense. I have called them for help and were very happy with their service - they returned my call immediately to try to troubleshoot over the phone, when that didn't work they came right out to help me. (It turned out the problem was one of my kids had unplugged the equipment) All the same, I could count on them to be there when I needed help....and we haven't had a problem since. Their work is high quality and they stand by it.
