He was pleasant, professional, meticulous in his attention to detail, and dependable (returned calls, answered emails, showed up when he said he would). I did some price shopping before selecting him and thought his fees for parts and labor were very reasonable.
Description of Work: Replace existing electrical service entrance cable and meter box, replace existing electrical panel, install new circuit for emergency generator.

+ -1 moreJohn has done excellent work on all the projects that we have had him do. He always provides a detailed summary of what the project will involve, a realistic schedule, and an accurate estimate of the work. He has provided a wide range of services from large to small. With the service upgrade, we had to work with the electric company to move the feed coming to our house. He coordinated with the electric company, the contractor installing the conduit, and the town inspector. He ensured that the project went smooth and even identified a few specific items that saved us some money.
Description of Work: We've used John to do a number of various projects over the years, from installing baseboard heating, upgrading our service from 100 amps to 200 amps, installing lighting fixtures, room fans, and roof ice melters.
