+ -1 moreAlencar and his crew were exceptional. The process was professional from start to finish. I needed ceilings, trim, and walls done in most rooms of the house. The walls were riddled with holes from the prior owners. His team was amazing in their attention to detail, spackling, sanding and priming all the holes. Their edging and trim work exceeded my expectations. This is a professional establishment with a competitive price point and worth every penny for a job well done. Thank you Al, Leo and Alex!!!

They did a lot of small, extra things at no additional cost and were on top of any requests we made. The carpentry and painting team were extremely respectful, attentive and diligent in their work and the job was completed within the expected timeline. The price we agreed upon in the contract is what it all ended up costing. Highly recommend Alencar and his team! Great job at a great price.

They had a great crew that worked meticulously and long. They were very diligent in protecting my shrubs and flowers and my yard while working. They arrived early in the morning and worked till almost dark. They even put up my shutters before leaving when finished painting them. And ensured the yard was cleaned up when they were done. Very accommodating and pleasant. I would not hesitate to have them do any future work for me.

+ -1 moreAl was amazing and runs a highly professional small business. He was responsive, efficient, knowledgable, and courteous. Eduardo and Lou were also very talented and skilled and were excellent communicators. We could not have been more satisfied with the work they did for us. Al will be our go-to person for our future projects.
Description of Work: We needed quite a bit of light carpentry done. Al's team replaced the front-porch ceiling and modified the trim work around the front porch and garage. They replaced siding and exterior moldings throughout and then pressure washed the roof and siding. They did additional repairs and prep work after pressure washing and then applied two coat of stain on the main house and two coats of paint on the all the trim. All painting and staining was done by hand with brush at our request (rather than spray). They also spray painted our new working shutters and will be returning next week to install them once I receive the new hinges. Al's team did all the work in about a week. They started the job precisely when they said the would and got it done on schedule and within budget.

Quite obvious that they care about delivering a quality paint job. They arrived on time, spent two very long days here, and left the place immaculate when they left. Couldn’t be happier and will most certainly be calling the again!

The pressure wash was done neatly with no damaged cedar shakes. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their house painted. Al, the owner was very businesslike and easy to work with.
Description of Work: My entire house, garage and shed had to be painted except for the white clad that was on the upper ends of the house. My wrought iron railings were also tightened up and painted.

We scheduled and they started as they said that they would and took as long as he estimated. I have through in a few more tasks. It all looks beautiful! I had told them to leave the holes -this was so I could easily rehang - but on one wall I couldn’t see the holes. When I asked him about the holes, he rehung the painting for me!! Thoughtful about cleanup and returning things back to the room when done painting. When they painted the rustic wood and didn’t fill in the holes and I commented, he said that they would fill in the wholes and they did and painted.
