We are still waiting for a new facuet.

I contacted Robert Presti on 4/13/13 to have maintenance done on my mother's chair lift. He is listed on Thyssen Krupp Access' website as my local dealer. I spoke directly to Robert. He said he would call me back on Monday with a name of someone who could perform the maintenance. He never called me back. I called back about a week or so later and spoke with his office assistance (who seemed a bit surprised that Robert did not return my call). She took my information again and said she would give it to Robert and he would get back to me as soon as possible. Again, he NEVER returned my phone call! This is no way to run a business especially one that deals with the disabled. What a disgrace...Please find yourself someone other than Boston Walk In Bath (and owner Robert Presti) to assist you and/or your loved one with their needs. Spend your money wisely as it is hard to come by these days. Find someone who cares about and has a passion for what they do and wants to work for you. That would not be Robert Presti or his company!

I called Mr. Presti and asked him to give me a quote on a stairlift in my Father-in-law's house. He agreed, and went over the next morning and 96 year old Father-in-law to give him a check for $3000, which he agreed not to deposit until Monday so that he could cover that amount. Mr. Presti deposited the check and had my father-in-law sign a contract for a 4500 which he did not need. On Sunday, my Father-in-law had a stroke and went to MassGeneral. I called Bob and canceled the order within the three day limit and requested my money back. He agreed and that was ten days ago. He does not answer the phone, and we are being forced to take action to recover our money. BE VERY CAREFUL IN DEALING WITH THIS FIRM, and do not allow them to be alone with the elderly!! UPDATE: After some backing and forthing and many ignored phone calls, we were able to get a refund of my Father IN Laws $3000 deposit in full! It should have not taken so long but it did happen finally!
