He gave us good strategic advice for successful price negotiations and made yourself available for continual and timely assistance well beyond what most realtors would do. As a result, we found a home that we are very happy with, at a very reasonable price given the current real estate market, and located in a good school district. I was amazed it took less than 2 months from the date I signed an agreement to sell my home and started a new job, to the date we moved into the new home. We couldn't be more pleased.
