The person they sent out was very knowledgeable on our problem. He explained what could be done to minimize the problem (mainly maintenance of soil in potted plants to keep the flies from laying eggs) and provided a fly trap to help cut down on the amount of flies. In this case there did not appear to be an extermination option, which would have been toxic. Overall the advice was of moderate help, as subsequent to this we removed all the plant sources that may have been supporting the flies, there are still flies in that area. I paid $249 up front for what turned out to be 30 minutes of advice and a fly trap. While the information provided was probably correct, it was probably not worth the total cost to us. Otherwise this would have been a better review. If you consider using Ultra Safe, please be aware of the rather high up-front charge.

To be honest, they arranged a time frame to begin their work and missed it. That is understandable but they did not call us to say they would be late and I had to call them to see if they were going to show up. Once here, we showed them where the ants were and the termites. They installed bait traps in the ground for the termites, which we hope will work and they sprayed for the ants. The ants are still there. We can hear them munching in the wall. So for $1800 bucks we have 12 termite bait stations and ants still in the wall. They were to follow up in a week and we have not heard from them. I guess I will have to give them a ring.

Ultrasafe tech came within days, set traps indoors and outdoors, documented the work and included recommendations for improvement. Followup visits 2-3 times the first week, weekly visits for the rest of the month, to clear the traps and reset them. Within 3 weeks, the basement was rodent-free, and the house has been clear since.

It went fantastic. Truly experienced gentlemen who knows how to do the job right and they did a little extra which was greatly appreciated.

Originally, I had left a 2-star review because I was disappointed with the fact that the $800 mouse exclusion only covered from about eye-level and downward, when on the phone it was made to sound like it would cover higher areas as well, such as where walls met the roof. However, after hearing I was disappointed, they went WAY above and beyond anything I could have expected. Rich, their operations manager, handled it personally, and not just took care of all my rodent problems, he even helped with several tasks WAY outside of the scope of the job, like helping me figure out where a leak in my roof was coming from, and helping me remove and diagnose a structural problem in my family room. Amazing. I wish every company had customer service like that. Talk about going above and beyond!

Eric was great during the initial visit. He thoroughly placed traps and bait everywhere. Sealed up many small entry points around the house and explained everything clearly. Big piece of advice was to get rid of the bird feeder in the backyard. Yard is too small and the dropped seeds attracts the mice. Bye bye feeder. Joe followed up 2 weeks later and was equally excellent. Checked all traps, removed the caught pests, refilled bait traps and explained everything well. I have a crawlspace that is tough to crawl through but both guys had no problem. I recommend Ultra Safe!

The pest removal itself took about an hour, maybe less. The worker was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he managed to get rid of the nest and the queen bee quickly. He also applied additional material to kill any stragglers that weren't home at the time of the removal, and checked the entire area in the attic as well as outside to ensure that he didn't miss anything. Handled it perfectly, thanks!

Great. This company is responsive to RFQs, available by phone, and punctual in arrival. They went beyond what was agreed upon regarding creating barriers for rodents. No wonder they have such excellent reviews.

I just called Ultra Pest Control to exterminate my home for stink bugs that appeared last season. They informed me that I would have to pay $145 for inspection that could CANNOT be refunded. It can only be used towards their service. However they will not give me any approximate cost even though they asked several questions such as square feet of my home, how many bedrooms/ bathrooms AND they looked online to view the specifics of my home. In other words I would pay the $145 and they could come and give me a price and if it was higher than normal I would have no way out other than losing my $145. This is unacceptable business practice!! I asked if I could speak with a technician or supervisor and was told that they would say the same thing that she was saying.I am reporting this to the BBB

the technician rob is the best i had a mouse issue about 18 months ago he came out an totally sealed up my house havent had any since now he comes every 3 months to check i added a property protection plan which if i have any critters or bugs that is covered the intial cost was a little higher than the last exterminating company i had which ju all they did was put traps down n told me to seal up my house it was so worth the money he completly sealed my house cant say enough about rob he is definetly the best

We had already tried Best Pest who in comparison did a cursory inspection and failed to resolve the problem. UltraSafe found an entry location in minutes in the inspection visit. On returning to install barriers inside & out, they discovered a second entry that we suspected but could not find. They completely blocked the two entry holes and set 4 exterior traps. They installed a barrier inside one of the units. They did an extremely thorough job. But time will tell. They will make 3 more inspection visits.

Great, Jay came out twice and put down bait, sprayed the whole foundation and around the garage. So far so good, no ants!

Initial visit was fine. The guy was punctual, pleasant, thorough, and professional. We caught 3 mice quickly and the prevalence of carpenter ants was noticeably reduced. They say they do a 2-week follow up, which we certainly wanted and needed because a wily mouse had evaded the numerous traps around the house. Ultra-Safe did not call after 2 weeks. I waited a few days until I called them. The fellow on the phone scheduled a follow up for more than a week later. He made no apology when I mentioned their 2-week follow up promise. I'm in a 1 year contract that I'll keep, but next time I will go with a smaller outfit that doesn't seem to put emphasis on sales rather than customer service. I also prefer a personal feeling about a business. I never speak with the same person when I call them or they call me.

We were able to get an exterminator to come to the house within a week during their busy season, to deal with carpenter ants that were revealed when we had our old porch torn down. The next was destroyed, and when I had concerns that there were still some ants elsewhere on the yard two weeks later, another tech came to the house and did a thorough inspection to make sure there was not another nest we had to worry about. They are not cheap but their service is excellent. Very good with communication throughout.

It went better than expected. We worked hard to have all the cabinets, closets, etc clear for the technician and he did an excellent job of blocking holes where mice could potentially enter. He set a few traps which they come and check two after.
