Description of Work: The company surveyed the exterior and basement of our house for points of rodent exclusion. It identified and filled a few burrows in the bulkhead, and offered advice about food and trap placement to prevent future intrusions. Asked us to walk with them during the inspection, and explained the situation clearly and carefully. Even left extra wire mesh for future use, and reminded us that the service came with a 6-month followup guarantee. Quite professional and thorough. We are very pleased with Ultra Safe Pest Management, and think the Big Deal was a good deal.

Description of Work: The representative checked all around the outside of the house and stopped up several small openings that he found. He also checked inside for rodent activity (did not find any). We won't really know for some time how effective the treatment was. Also, we asked him to have someone contact us about a problem we have had with carpenter bees, and no one has gotten back to us yet. But mostly we are happy with the service. They also did a tick treatment for us last summer, and that seemed very effective.

Description of Work: I have a small home about 100 sq. feet around property. Needed termite control. Workers came and trenched around foundation and applied 80 gallons of Termadore. They really new what they were doing. They were also very personable and answered any questions I may have had. So they really put me at ease from any fears I may of had. I had done extensive research and studied for hours on the internet about this procedure. I'm retired and on soc security so a break in the price was wonderful. Really good company!!!
