Called on a Tuesday night for services ASAP. Offered appointment on Thursday 12-2 p.m. Took off from work. They left msg at 10:10 a.m. on Thursday to ask if they could come out at 11:00 a.m. Called back and was told at 10:45 a.m. that they couldn't come out at all and asked if they could reschedule for Friday. Told them I'm not taking off another day since they already cancelled on us once.

They were great to work with. Very punctual, returned phone calls and the treatments all seem to be working. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

They sealed the exterior and placed traps inside after seeing dropping in the attic. The corresponded to us hearing scratching on the ceiling. One mouse found and removed. Joe S. IS terrific! Explained everything.

Showed up on time. Very professional. Also, I thought I had a wasp problem and it took the guy two seconds to tell me it was ants. I felt like an idiot but he did not make me feel that way :)

Joe was fantastic both in his initial inspection and in getting the final work done! It was a nasty job and I don't envy him, but he was extremely knowledgable and took the time to tell me exactly what was going on. My only complaint is with the scheduling service they use. Basically, you have to call the main line every time and they will tell you that they can't do the actual scheduling because they are just an answering service. Then you have to wait for the scheduling department to call you back and hope you don't miss the call or it starts all over again. However, I am still giving them an A because once you complete the initial inspection and agree to have the work done, they give you an online account, which makes the whole process much easier.

Finally, the owner called me because I was so upset by the time it took, to get this animal out. They have made that part right. They came and did what they should have done months ago. I have a feeling the owner had no idea about what was going on with my situation. The jury is still out. i will see what happens next. They did come and try to make things right, they got the animal, and now it was birds, out, closed up every possible whole and entry way an animal could possibly consider. They started my guarantee over, to give me more time, and I appreciate all that, but I just wish I could've gotten all that in the front end, when I first paid, and called them for service, and they saw my problem from day 1. Maybe you'll have better luck.

We found bed bugs in the house which had bit myself, my wife, and my toddler, and infant.. We called Ultra Safe, and the tech was great, and helped us decide on the thermal treatment + conventional treatment which they call "dusting" (which cost $2700, and roughly 2x the cost of the conventional treatment). So we moved out for 2 nights while they performed the treatment, moved back in but got bit by more bed bugs (about a dozen bites on myself, and another dozen on my wife). We were told that's because the "dusting" requires a few days to work, but we moved out anyway. The tech even came back and said he did not see any signs of bed bug activity. After 2 nights, we moved back in only to find more live bed bugs in a spot the tech did not check (he checked the mattress but not our headboard, which is where it turns out the bed bugs were hiding). I threw out the headboard, and the next day, we woke up to more bites and found another live bed bug in our guest bedroom (this was a room that was treated with the thermal heat). Ultra Safe did say they would come back for more of the conventional treatment but they are not available for more than a week from now. So we plan on moving out again tomorrow, and don't have a clear plan from Ultra Safe on how they plan to resolve this situation given that the treatment has not been effective. They are professional, and the tech is nice, but our nightmare continues. We will update this review when the situation is fully resolved.

I found out last minute from my lender that they would require a specific Wood Destroying Insect/Termite Inspection and accompanying form be on file in order to process my loan for a home purchase that my original home inspector could not do. The seller's agent could only be on the property for a very limited window of time the next morning for this inspection. I called around to about a dozen pest control/inspectors with (not surprisingly) no luck in finding someone who could come out in less than 24 hours. Then I came across UltraSafe and they were able to shift around some of their schedules for the next morning to get me set up with an appointment that would work for the seller's agent. They showed up when they said they would and took care of the inspection. They were more expensive than other companies would have been but given the fact they were able to come out, and credit the cost of this inspection toward any future service I set up with them, the value was there.

Everything went exceptionally well from beginning to end. I was very pleased!

The techs that came to the house were very professional and knew their business well. I have not seen a mouse since they were here last. They did a thorough job and covered holes in the basement where the critters were coming in. I'm very happy with their work aND will definitely hire them again.

They are extremely professionals. Price, though, of the consequent work was really a bit on the high end, so I have decided to place the order on hold for the moment. There's no doubt however on their commitment.

They were able to uncover more holes that I did not know about.

They inspected the outside perimeter of the house and then checked the roof as well. When they were approaching the vent from the outside a squirrel ran out. They searched for how the squirrel got in, located the entry point, and wrote up an estimate for what it would take to close up the area where it entered. They emailed me that after they left, but they said they could close up the area if I wanted them to.

The guys were thoroughly professional: they arrived on time, described what they saw and what actions they were going to take, and then proceeded to install traps in the attic and one-way traps on the roof. They returned three weeks later to assess the results, and sure enough, no more rodents where they don't belong!

We had three inspections in all. It's been 30 days without any evidence of mice. I felt better when I was assured they will resolve our problem.

Inspection was good...thorough; price for inspection was reasonable; however, prices presented for management of actual problems was well over $3,000, which we found high and did not cover some basic repair and carpentry that the the treatment would require,mwhich again further increased the total. We were billed twice for the single service, and American Express paid them twice....but after initially denying a problem, ultra-pest rectified the error and our account was adjusted.

It went pretty well. UltraSafe showed up right on time and were very professional and courteous. I had them come back a second time because we still had a couple mice entering the home and they blocked a couple more areas around the perimeter. Just two areas for improvement: 1) I thought the service description indicated they would clean up the areas where mice were entering (vacuum up the little mice poop) so that it would be easier to monitor if mice returned, but that wasn't done. 2) The traps they set used a bait which they said would be particularly attractive to the mice, but absolutely weren't - I set peanut butter traps as backups and those peanut butter traps caught the remaining mice, while their traps went untouched. So just two recommendations - yes, hire UltraSafe, but simply clarify that you want them to clean up the areas so it's easier to monitor mice activity, and that they should bait their traps with peanut butter instead of their own bait.

they have sent their inspectors 3-4 times now, patched some holes, set some traps, but the mouse is still in our house. i paid almost $500 and now 3 months later, the problem still exist. Unacceptable!

Technician came in on time and explained everything well. He identified several possible entry spots and fixed those. Some traps were set. Waiting to see results and they will come in for a follow up. One thing i wanna mention is I also used the same company for an inspection earlier this year (another deal through angies list) but the technician missed lots spots which were identified this time. In my opinion the earlier inspection deal was a total waste.

Treatment was successful. Technician was very professional and did a great job explaining everything

great ,the rep did a great job finding where the mice were getting in and he blocked them up and set traps for any new ones in the future ,they will return in a couple of weeks to check out how things are going

It went great! They do a better job than anyone I've ever hired. They use the plow machine to remove all the snow, and clean the entire Front walk, back walk, and driveway. They take the time to make sure that it's right, and are careful with my year and back porch. They know what they're doing, thorough to make sure everything is cleaned up, but are efficient. It doesn't usually take them much longer that an hour or less to clear up a lot of snow!!! Would very highly recommend for snow removal as well!!! Thanks again!

It was great. They were receptive and methodical. They helped us understand what they were doing. Price was reasonable.
