Description of Work: Ultra-Safe Pest Management did a basic check and exclusion around our entire foundation, to prevent mice and squirrels from coming in for the winter (we had had about a dozen mice come in a couple years ago and got rid of them with old-fashioned mouse traps). Service was great, serviceman was great, wished it was cheaper (like everything else in life) but overall a great deal. Would recommend and use again.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal package that included exterior only inspection and remediation. The technician filled several small openings around pipes entering the home with expanding foam and advised us that even the tiny openings where our garage door seal had broken were big enough for mice. He found evidence that mice had been in the garage but no current occupancy. We replaced the door gasket ourselves and placed some electronic traps which have not been tripped.

Description of Work: Initially contracted for Tic management, then added mosquito management. Both programs worked wonderfully and the technicians were very good, informative and quick!!!

Description of Work: He performed general inspection of the outside of the house (for modes of pest ingress), he plugged up any holes he found (including some I was not aware of), and gave us a plan of what do to next should we see any pests in the coming months or should we not. Very helpful.

Description of Work: I understood, from the description of this 'Big Deal' that both interior and exterior rodent blockage would be provided for the $149 fee. When the technician arrived, he stated that interior blockage was NOT part of the fee, only exterior blockage. He proceeded to block a few exterior holes, but noted that spaces under a few doorways needed to be blocked, which was also not covered under this service. Had I known this in advance, I would not have paid $149 for this visit.

Description of Work: I THOUGHT THE BIG DEAL INCLUDED INDOOR PEST CONTROL WHICH IT DID NOT. I DISCUSSED THE DEAL WITH THE PROVIDER AND HE EXPLAINED THAT THE DEAL ONLY PREVENTED PESTS FROM ENTERING A HOME AND DID NOT INCLUDE TREATMENT OR REMOVAL OF PESTS ALREADY IN THE HOME

Description of Work: Ultra Safe Pest Management advised me when I found a (harmless) brown snake in my house. They were quick to respond to my request for help and they advised me on the type of snake and where/how it may have gotten in. Other pest management companies declined to help saying this was not their area of expertise -- or got back to me weeks later. I would not hesitate to contact them for help in the future.

Description of Work: We purchased one of Angie List's Big Deals for Termidor termite protection treatment. It retails for 1800, but we paid $999. Ultra Safe Pest Management was great at responding to our calls, and we were able to schedule the treatment pretty quickly. The day they came out, it ended up taking much less time than we'd anticipated, so we were a little confused as to whether or not they'd actually been there. However, when we noticed that there was water in our basement (which had come through our fieldstone foundation), we were fairly certain they had. We called them to ask whether they'd finished the treatment (since it seemed to have happened so quickly), and they assured us that they had. The entire experience was pretty easy, but time will tell how the treatment works. It came with a five year guarantee. We have no termites now, I should add...but because we know our house has had termite damage in the past, we thought the deal was worth purchasing. I can followup later and let you know whether we end up having any problems with termites, but I suspect that we won't.

Description of Work: They blocked potential outside entry ways used by rodents and went through the house to determine if additional service was needed. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service/excellent value.

Description of Work: Technician performed a complete outside inspection and inside inspection. Found an entry point and used spray foam to seal. He also vacuumed up debris. We've had no evidence of any further activity.
