Description of Work: They are super responsive and friendly, but unfortunately after 6 months of trying different traps and sprays, our problem is no better -- also no worse, but certainly unsolved after spending a lot.

Description of Work: I wanted a review of the status a pests in our 120 year old Victorian house. While I saw no pests, I wanted an assessment from a professional because I wanted to get ahead of the problem. This was a special for $59 from Angie's list. He got under the house to inspect for areas that were not visible and went through the entire house. The only reason that I did not give straight "a" is because there was confusion as to the date and time of service.

Description of Work: They thoroughly examined and addressed the pest issues in my condo from basement to attic (evidence of mice, bats & flying squirrels were found). The technician was incredibly thorough and attentive in finding and plugging all possible holes in the foundation, in the unit and along the gutter and roof line and cleaning the areas. I trusted his knowledge and work ethic. There have been no recurrences.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for $149 for Preventative Rodent Exclusion Package. They were a good company to use. I have used them a number of years ago. They did a very good job.

Description of Work: Ultra Pest came in and fumigated the place b/c of moth infestation. They were punctual, hard working and thoughtful. Plus they provide a six month guarantee which other groups would not provide. For an additional charge, they provide a heat chamber which they install in your apartment and they heat up your fabrics/clothes to kill off any moths. It is worth the additional cost as opposed to lugging all your stuff to the dry cleaners for bulk cleaning. The only issue was that they did not heat up all of the clothes in the bureau and the closet and had to come back to finish up the work, which they were more than willing to do. Would I use them again? Absolutely.

Description of Work: Got the big deal. Came out and injected termite poison all around foundation of home, and also through the concrete floor in the basement near the only known site of termite activity. Professional, did a good job. My only complaint is that they had said that they would be able to re-seal the concrete where they had drilled holes, but unfortunately they were out of concrete in the truck, and used the dregs of a bag to try to patch the floor. Floor needed re-patching later. However, I never got around to calling them to let them know that the old concrete hadn't worked, so it seemslikely they would have been happy to come out and fix the problem. It was just easier to quickly do it myself. I don't think this should be held against them, but I mention it in the interest of fairness since I gave an A grade.

Description of Work: These guys are great. I received a very thorough inspection, they plugged up some holes in basement where critters could enter, and gave good advice on how to keep pests away. I would definitely have them back if the need arises.
