Description of Work: Had Vic come over to access issues with bats, he gave a very good assessment of what he'll be doing and what the cost is. He was willing to work with us and gave a very good warranty. Joe came over to set up for the exclusion of the bats. Is very informative on any questions we had. Both Vic and Joe were very professional and in their brand.

Description of Work: Ultra Safe Pest Mgmt did a thorough sweep of my home and property, pointing out all the possible pest issues we could have. They found multiple issues to which we resolved, but were it not for them, we wouldn't have known until the issue became a full-blown problem. Excellent work, professional and friendly.

Description of Work: I paid the special price for an inspection, I had an ant problem. The service person was so slow in their inspection of the house and yard, staring at the anthills with a flashlight. I finally asked,after 30-40 minutes what he would recommend, he was not sure, so I said how much to spray outside of house and yard. He went to truck and came back with a price I thought quite high.So in the end I said no and had paid $69 online special price for him to walk around and basically do nothing. I was very disappointed in the service, although other customers rated the company highly. I called a local company, told them my problem, they quoted me a much lower price on the phone and did the work the next day. My experience with Ultra Safe Pest Control was an F.

Description of Work: Had several visits from provider. They were never able to identify what was causing the noises behind upstairs walls. Set many traps and recommended more service but I finally had to kill a flying squirrel with a broom in my living room before they could identify the problem which then then offered to charge me additional money to fix. NEVER again

Description of Work: Treated house foundation for termites. Sprayed yard for ticks. Sealed one part of sill against mice. |Technician showed up two hours late without notifying me (but forgiven). Hard-working fellows, well informed, cooperative. Quality of treatments can't be rated until time proves no infestations. |Mouse-proofer did not have the time or carpentry skills to repair the steps that were opened to allow termite treatment, as I had asked for. |Before service, did not send inspector (another company's man had come) or send written proposal. After service, did not (yet) send paper guarantee.

Description of Work: Lance, the Wildlife Control Officer From Ultra Safe Pest Management, Inc. Came. He did thorough inspection and made recommendations. Noticed some termite damage and and some evidence of mice having been in attic. Suggested that I should have gutters cleaned and area near garage door where termites could get in. Suggested considering setting up a program to address these issues. I did not do anything that day as was having new garage doors installed. Follow up information sent from company. Lance was very professional.

Description of Work: Ultra Safe sent out an inspector Lance Pugin to determine the best way to elliminate the termites. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of his insect search and the application of insecticide completely around the base of the house.

Description of Work: Bats. Vic came out and inspected our house, quoted us a price to batproof the home, his team came out and tended to every detail. Very professional and thorough and will use them for other pest services.
