Description of Work: Used them for the mouse service. Great job and professional help. They came back when we found a dead mouse to check it was the last one, checked bait stations and all traps and no more mice. We also used them to get rid of bats in our eaves. Price was comparable to other providers, it was nice to use Ultra safe as the same person has always been on the team when they come to our house. We now have a maintenance plan with Ultra Safe.

Description of Work: They came out and check for mice. They seal any opening on the outside of my house to keep rodents. They also provide snow removal from the roof and ice from the gutters.

Description of Work: They inspected the house for signs of insects, didn't find any. I was a bit confused because I thought the service was a preventative, but in reality it seems to be a remediation. Didn't need the latter so there wasn't much/anything for them to do.

Description of Work: Brice, the technician was thorough and explained to me and showed me exactly what the problem was and what needs to be done. I really appreciated his effort to help me be a more informed home owner. The company itself responds very quickly and they are very professional.

Description of Work: The inspection was very helpful and detailed. At the end of the day they recommended a service which we purchased. If we had known we were going to purchase a service I would expect that the inspection would have been free...it's basically like getting a detailed quote for what you need done.

Description of Work: The service agent was most professional and responsive. He inspected the property thoroughly and treated areas that were suspect for carpenter ants. I did not comparable shop so I don't know whether I got a good value or not. He was not at the house for more than 45 minutes. The problem with carpenter ants was resolved which is why I called them in.

Description of Work: Their equipment broke down not once but twice so they had to come back 3 times.They were great about scheduling follow up visits and were really upset that their machine broke down. On 3rd visit with the machine working everything went great. Carpenter ants seem to be all gone. Not their fault that machine broke. Susan was great about getting somebody back out right away & scheduling at my convenience. Good company. I will use them again.

Description of Work: Inspected and sprayed for carpenter ants. Technician was excellent,. Only minor complaint was that we were not told when we made the appointment that we had to leave the house for a couple of hours after the spraying began. All ants gone, no further sighting

Description of Work: They treated our house for Carpenter Bees. They did not come with a tall enough ladder to be able to use the powder they wanted to use and had to use a spray. But so far it seems to have worked. It may not last as long as the powder would have.

Description of Work: I had noticed a large infestation of black ants in the tree in front of my house as well as some ants in my house. The guys showed up promptly and confirmed the ants were carpenter ants and treated the tree as well as around and inside of my house. The treatment was effective immediately with no further problems. I was very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: Originally I rated this company much lower, but they responded very nicely to my concerns, and offered to refund the inspection fee, so in all fairness I do think they deserve a better rating.
