Moved into a new house and unfortunately discovered a large rat nest on the property and a crawlspace that smelled terrible due to rodent activity, mold and mildew. Called Ultra Safe to handle both issues, and they have been excellent every step of the way. They've been on-time over multiple follow-up visits, extremely knowledgeable and helpful about explaining the process, and did a great job on a very tough cleanup job of the crawlspace. (Did N/A on price because I don't feel knowledgeable enough to compare to other companies, but I will say the service felt well worth it.) Had multiple technicians come out during these multiple visits and they were all great. I highly recommend!

Ultra Safe is the best! I use them yearly for pavement ants, and they always get the job done. No need to look elsewhere, they are easy to schedule, punctual, and offer extreme knowledge and experience.

Company advised there is a minimum fee of $149 to come look at the two vents the squirrels entered through. They could not provide pricing details or rough estimate on the phone. Just that the $149 off the price if work was done. Sky is the limit on what the cost would be.

On September 27, 2019...First, the Tech got to my house before me and that is no big deal, but he wasn't arriving he was putting his gear away and getting ready to leave. The appointment was for 2 O'clock and got home at around 1:40 pm. The tech stated he finished another job early and decided to cover my area for another tech, no problem there either. But the tech said he had found the area I mentioned (where the Yellow Jackets were going in and out) and poured "Dust" into it and that should kill the hive in a few days. I tried to explain to the tech maybe he should come into the house and see other areas of concern, I could see the tech did not want to go any further. I was finally able to get the tech inside my house to show him other areas (1 was the bathroom) he closed the bathroom door and came out several minutes later stating he treated areas of the bathroom. I took the tech downstairs to the kitchen to show him another area the Yellow Jackets were coming down from and again he was reluctant to go any further and he didn't. The tech told me I should see the Yellow jackets dying off in a few days and he would return Saturday 10/5//19 (a week later) to do a follow up, well I haven't seen him yet and I still hear buzzing noises coming from my kitchen ceiling area where I wanted him to look but he didn't . I paid almost $400 dollars for the tech to be at my house almost I'd say 30-40 minutes only because I was insistent on him seeing other areas of concern. UPDATE: I was contacted again by Ultra Safe and they made things right, they corrected their original actions and all is well now. The Tech that came out was professional, extremely knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. My wife and I are satisfied and Yellow Jacket free again. I would definitely use Ultra Safe again and recommend them.

Ultra Safe Pest Management is the only pest management company I will ever use. They came in and wiped out the issue I had with pavement ants. They were thorough, on time, and respectful of my property. A+++ service all around, no need to look anywhere else!
