I contacted UltraSafe Pest Mgmt on Tuesday and discussed the issue I was having. I explained I work full time and am not home from 7am - 6pm. UltraSafe Pest Management agreed to come to my home at 8am, performed the job and was gone within an hour, getting me to my office by 9:15am. I was also impressed that they asked me if I had animals and to be sure they were put in a different room for a least an hour to keep them safe and to allow the process to dry out. Eric was early for the appointment and very professional. He came into the home, assessed the situation and went to work. He explained the process and I had no questions to ask. He also explained that the entire process would take 3 weeks and if after that I continued to see any ants, he would come back to repeat the process. There was no odor whatsoever. We saw maybe one or two ants the next day and as of today I have not seen a single ant. I am very happy with the service that I received and would definitely use them again. They did a good job and finished the top. They didn't get the icicles off. I think the price was worth it because they did a great job. I would use them again.

They first time they promised to remove eight wasp nests. I called them three weeks later because some wasp nests were still there and they came back a second time without charge. The first visit really disappointed me. We had an outside party and I asked them to come fix it before the party. They left most of them there so it kind of embarrassed us. They called me right away to come back again and fixed the problem. The price was okay. I would compare other companies in the future but would consider using them again.

They made an appointment for today March 20th between 7am-8am. They have not shown up and I have not heard from them. No one responded to my email. They are not someone I can work with.

We will be wet-spraying 2 sofas. Lance set some traps in suspicious areas. If there are any moths caught in the traps they will spray there as well.

UPDATE: The company called, explained the $500 offer was intended for houses rather than condos. They refunded me a portion of the fee, which I believe brought me to a more fair price. I appreciated the call, and the explanation that a 6 month warranty was also included in the price. I explained frustration that the technician declined to check the rest of the apartment, and I think the advertising is false. You shouldn't say "specialized equipment" and explain the benefits of a HIPA filter if you are going to use a spray bottle and paper towel. The manager did not respond to these concerns, but did offer to send a different technician for our follow up visit. I appreciated the responsiveness, but I still resent that I had to do the worst of the cleaning on my own after I paid them for the service. Original The first gentleman did not show up in the 7am-7:30am half hour window, though we agreed I had to leave by 7:30am for work. We rescheduled. The special service was stuffing copper wool in the holes for 15 minutes, and the specialized equipment for sanitizing the space proved to be paper towels. The work in total was about 20 minutes, but it took about 40 (he had a call come in). Before you buy - determine if you really need $500 of service if you have a condo rather than a house. If you still think you need it, buy $10 worth of copper wool from the hardware store, $20 worth of traps, and move your own stove.

It was fine. We were very pleased. We wanted to be sure that what we needed would fall under that parameter. They called us before 24 hours after we contacted them. They were on time and very professional. They're very thorough. They came out again with a different person and it's still the same. They're very careful. They did fine. I think the price was probably comparable. Maybe they're not the cheapest but they really tried very hard to avoid using any kind poison. They just did a quick kill. They initiated that kind of case.

Everything went really well. Provider was very responsive - emailed to confirm date/time within 24hrs of my making the booking on Angie's List. Representative arrived on time on the agreed day and was very professional. After going up on our roof to inspect our chimney he was as very apologetic that he didn't have the correct size of chimney cap for our chimney, and explained that although he could install a larger one he thought it would look odd and didn't recommend it. He let me know ordering the correct size would take a few days but that when he returned to install he did not need anyone to be home. Although I didn't need to be home, the company let me know before hand which day the chimney cap was going to be installed - something I very much appreciated. And the day of installation the company also left me a notice in my door that the cap had been installed. All in all - I feel this company was excellent - I was very happy with both the service and the results.

Its okay. We haven't actually go through with the service yet. It was good. They found mice and I called back to reschedule an actual service. I haven't heard back from them. With the holidays then, I just forgot about it. I called multiple times. They did the inspection a week or two after I purchased the big deal. I had some questions that I emailed them but I didn't hear back either. I will probably not use them again.

They installed a one way door, so squirrels could get out, but not get back in, and treated other possible areas of entry with repellent. Then, they made arrangements to return, remove the door and plug things up. Truly, a "no aggravation" situation for me as a landlord, and no time off needed from work. Very happy to have found these folks on Angie's List.

They were extremely prompt and thorough. They came one day, got the bird and realized that they didn’t have a ladder tall enough to get to the roofline where maybe the bird came in. So they came back the next day with a longer ladder and patched some small holes that they thought might be a problem. So they were really good.

I would recommend Ultra Safe Pest Management without reservation, and absolutely call on them again if necessary. The owner who was also quite personable provided a 6 month guarantee as part of the service package.

They were good. I would definitely use them again. Only issues were that there was more follow up from our side than their side. When I sent them an email response agreeing to having the work done I did not get a response and had to call to follow up. When they came to do the work they were not aware that the agreement that they sent to us included the removal of the bat and mice poop. After double checking it they did it. And then we had to call them again for the follow up. I would have thought they would have called us. But that is fine. Either way it worked out. I think we are mice free. And the bat issue is to be determined in the spring. Thanks guys!!

He was supposed to follow up with a detailed report, and he didn't do anything. We knew there was something in the attic, we just didn't know what it was, and he just confirmed it was squirrels. He was unbelievable, and wanted to charge $200 per hour to get a squirrel out. He took pictures and stuff, and he could have taken pictures and shown us, but he didn't. They didn't even follow up with any kind of report or estimate as well.

They charged extra for the outhouse. Too early to know if they spray worked. It was a little bit difficult to schedule an appointment with this provider. I had to call a couple of times to schedule. Everything was eventually sorted out. I hope the pests are taken care of but may use them to take care of other things needed.

We have counted on Ultra safe on several occasions to do extermination jobs. For this service the rodents were particularly determined to stick around. Vic (owner) and his team returned several times to enforce his guarantee. I would recommend Ultra Safe with highest regard.

We discovered our "Christmas Mouse" in the kitchen on Christmas Eve day, and had a good old-fashioned family meltdown. We called Ultra Safe and they dispatched a tech that same day. He was great - picked through the mess we had left behind in our panic, identified the problems (where he could - the house looked like something from an episode of Hoarders), and addressed them by placing traps where the dogs would not play with them. He wrote us a complete report and identified what we needed to do to be certain the mice did not come back. No more mouse sightings. Brice saved Christmas! I no longer hear the pitter-patter of little pests, and my pets are safe and happy (and not longer sharing their food with uninvited guests). We are all sleeping well thanks to Ultra-Safe Pest management, and I will not hesitate to call them if I ever have another episode. (Living in an old house next to a river, I will be getting an inspection done before another family visit is disrupted.)
