-They returned phone call promptly. -They came the NEXT DAY after my initial inquiry. Very responsive -Kind, polite technician. Interested in his work and he explained all he knew about the ants (and other bugs!) -They have been responsive and in touch since the work was done, and they explained that they'd come back if problem not gone in 30 days.

We just bought a house which we knew had a mice problem and were a bit freaked out. Ultra Safe rated high on Angie's List so I called them up. They were running a special offer for AL customers, which included mouseproofing and a 6 month guarantee for $499. Rid my new house of mice and clean up all the dead mice and poo everywhere, AND guarantee they don't come back for 6 months, for 500 bucks? Yes, please! Lance, a technician from Ultra Safe, showed up promptly the next day(!) and did a thorough exterior and interior inspection of the whole house, pointing out areas where he thought the critters were getting in. He spent about 2 hours cleaning up, blocking entry points with metal mesh and foam spray, and setting bait stations and new snap traps. He even pulled our oven away from the wall to check back there. But perhaps the most important finding was that he discovered that two of our sills had significant damage from powder post beetles. We had had a home inspection and this did not come up, so we are particularly grateful for this discovery. One of the sills will need to be replaced immediately as there is 3" of material missing from it. He told me that when we have the carpenter come out to fix it that we should call Ultra Safe again so that they can work in tandem once the wall is opened up and there is a clearer picture of how extensive the damage is. Not good news for us, but at least now we know what we're dealing with and can have it addressed rather than being surprised by a structural failure down the road.

I was very pleased with the service. They were quick to write back when I inquired about a quote and I was able to book an appointment quickly. I was given a window from 2-4pm and someone called the day of to confirm. A gentleman named Mike stopped by right at 2pm and he inspected inside and outside the house. He found the mouse's home base and setup bait. There will be a follow up visit in two weeks. Super efficient all around!

Received prompt call to set up an appointment. Representative arrived on time. Accomplished the work quickly. My only criticism is that they are supposed to come out two weeks after the work is done to finish - remove the one way exit for the squirrels to leave. That hasn't happened, and I was asked to make a call to remind them. If it's part of the service, I shouldn't have to call to remind them, the appointment should be made at the time of the initial appointment. Needless-to-say, I haven't called them to finish up - it's been too hot.

He came and diagnosed a squirrel and determined how it got in. He set a trap and the animal was caught later that day. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He ordered a cap for our vent to prevent other animals from coming in and this was installed within the week.

Great. Very knowledgeable technician. Prompt, and efficient.

Purchased the big deal and next day received a message from Ultra Safe. They were able to quickly schedule and appointment and arrived on time. They explained the service, precautions for the pets, and gave us a warranty on the work. They sprayed the exterior of our home and laid traps in several areas of the interior. They even emailed me a report when work was done. Very professional and courteous. I would use them again, especially since I have not seen any carpenter ants since.

The employee was unable to get a cell phone signal and so was not able to contact their main office. He promised to do so from the road and provide them with the information needed to provide us with a quote to spray the two rooms. Despite being assured we would have a quote by the end of the day, it took two follow-up calls the next week. Finally, the owner called and told me we would need to heat treat the entire house. He could not provide me with a quote until I told him how many rooms there were in the house. I suggested his employee should have been the one to provide this information. I was finally told the cost would be over $4,000 and would take two days. The disconnect between what the onsite employee told me and what the owner recommended, apparently without any information, was huge. I spent $200 at bedbugsupply.com and took care of the problem myself.

Technician showed up on the early side of the arrival window. He was prepped and ready to go. The process was quick and clean and he answered all of my questions about the service, including future services, guarantees and worries about pesticides.

It was going to be considerably more money than we thought it would run to have the treatment done, considering what we were gonna get in the way of service, that's the way it seemed to us. so we decided not to. I could get something close to 500 so it was going to be considerably more than we thought it should cost. We told them we'll call around and check with other companies to see how much it would be by comparison.We never did do that. I just pulled out the gallon of stuff I have in the garage and started spraying. I believe it was either the same day of the following day that the guy had came by. He could have charged us a lot less. So we decided not to do it. Otherwise, the guy was a perfect gentleman. He was polite. He did walk around and looked at places where we told them there was areas of concern and he advised us on the areas of concern and then offered the services.

The tech was very nice. Showed up early, patient to wait for me to get home, explain exactly what he would be doing with the treatments. Explained that not only are we trying to protect my dog from ticks we are also treating the wildlife in my area with a safe method to prevent ticks and spread of harmful diseases. I liked learning that we wont hurt the bunnies....

Came within reasonable times as estimated. Very thorough. The serviceman spent at least 4hrs fixing issues in the basement and then another hour or so when they came back to spray for ants an reinspect. Very thorough and professional.

Showed up on time and was very friendly and helpful. Provided a complete pest inspection. Follow up report was prompt, but I thought the report itself and recommended services could have been more thorough. The services recommended are expensive. I was expecting a bit more in terms of description and options than what was provided, but otherwise the inspection was a good experience.

The servicemen that came to the house were professional and did a great job explaining everything to me. They did a thorough investigation of my basement & garage to find areas where the rats might be getting in. Where necessary they filled the holes/spaces to prevent the rats from coming in. They explained what evidence to look for and how to prevent them from coming in the future.

The service went well, although this is an ongoing process, because there is construction and roadwork in the area that have displaced these unwanted creatures. Ultra Safe Pest Management Inc. came to my home cleaned up the fecal matter and sealed up all the holes in my 120 year old stone stacked foundation, as well as placed bait stations and traps throughout my property. They also removed all the old contaminated insulation and will be replacing it in the coming weeks once there is confirmation of no more RATS inside. They also come back on other occasions to seal new holes, and refill bait stations. Victor also called me to see if there was any ongoing activity in the home since their last visit. Knock on wood haven?t seen hide or hair of any of these foul creatures in over a week. I will be continuing with their services for the next couple of months to continue filling the bait stations to prevent any return of these critters. Victor and his staff were extremely thorough and straight forward. This is a difficult situation and I appreciate their professionalism and understanding. I will certainly use them in the future and have recommended them to my neighbors who are also experience some problems as well.

The technician was a very knowledgeable person and did a good job inspecting the home inside and outside from pest point of view. The price charged for the inspection service was just and reasonable. I received the proposal for mitigation work which I felt was overly expensive. Overall I believe the service provider is a quality one but expensive one.

Phoned me the same day I called Concierge service. Promptly set up an appointment and arrived on time ( a five minutes late:traffic was horrendous and road paving detours in neighborhood explained things patiently and well. Joe Scifo was very pleasant, professional and a good listener). Assessed the problem and emailed me the estimate a few hours later.Appointment to do the work was set up. He and another worker arrived on time, did the work, and once again explained things clearly and patiently. Another condo member approached him with a question and he graciously helped her research her problem. I had not compared rates for this type of work because I knew time was of the essence so I can't comment on rate.

Eric arrived on time and was professional, personable and thorough. We would definitely use Ultra Pest Management's services again.

I signed up for the $69 inspection deal from Angie's list which also came with a 15% discount on any services if needed. After requesting an appointment through Angie's list, I promptly (within a few days of submitting a request) started communicating with Ultra Safe Pest Management Inc to setup an inspection. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable about ants, in fact he was the ant whisperer! He was able to find the carpenter ant trails and showed that they were carrying food into my house, which meant there was a nest in the house. He also found another nest in the fence post in my backyard and another trail leading to my neighbors house. They came to spray the nests (in my house and my fence post) and also spray around the perimeter of my house and I have not seen any ants since. He even let my neighbor know of the ant trail to his house and offered the same 15% discount to them, if they would like treatment. It was a wonderful experience and I am very happy that I contacted Ultra Safe Pest Management Inc and I would highly recommend them.

It seems to be working...My cat has not had a tick on him since!

The technician was very professional and even checked my attic for signs of squirrel's, which was not part of the package, but something I was concerned about. I appreciated his help, and will use this company again in the future.

Two guys came and got the initial job done. They told us what to expect. They explained what they did. It was all good. Communication with the office and scheduling was a little confused. They forgot to come back to remove the one-way door. When I wrote them, they took care of it. So far, the squirrels have not gotten back in. (evicted May 4) There is a baby squirrel that is hanging around our house, looking woebegone. I think he was born in our rafters. As long as he doesn't find a way back to his nest, all will be well. We have a year guaranty.

I spoke with and scheduled my service through Victor. He was very professional and made sure I had an appointment as soon as possible. Our inspector Fred showed up when expected, was ver knowledgeable, thorough and above all very professional. I felt confident Fred looked in and inspected every possible hiding place. The actual service was executed by Bryce who also showed up when I expected him, got to work very quickly and was very friendly. When my bank had trouble processing the payment Suzanne from Ultra Safe contacted me and was extremely pleasant and made sure we got everything taken care of. I had follow-up service scheduled for two weeks out and Bryce can again when expected. Overall I was very pleased and will definitely call Ultra Safe again if I need them for either my investment property or my own home. These folks are all pros and get the job done.

It was great. Puncutal, responsive. No more squirrels.

It went well. The guy who came was a bit socially awkward but he did a great job.
