Excellent service, professional, knowledgeable , punctual and at a reasonable rate, would suggest this company for pest control.

Although we did not see ants inside the house and did not see unusual numbers of ants outdoors, a contractor working on the house recommended that we regularly spray for ants since our siding is natural cedar shingles. The service provider from Ultra Safe showed up when the service was scheduled and completed the spraying. We felt that the work was done in a professional manner. Since the work was intended to be preventative, we believe the work was effective, but it's difficult to know for certain how effective the treatment was. That said, we thought that the price of the service and the professionalism of the service provider were both good, and we plan to contact Ultra Safe next spring for our annual roof-line spraying for bees.

They were fine. There were more ants and my interactions were very well. I thought it was overpriced.

They did really good. They still haven't followed up on one thing they said they were going to do. That's my fault for not following up. I am sure if I did they would come out. They were out of stock on something. It was really just me for not following up. I guess it was a competitive rate. I did not do a lot of research on that one so I don't know if I got a good deal on that one or not. They didn't get back to me on something.

Soon after the assessment the swarm disappeared without a trace and there has been no recurrence. Consequently I did not use Ultra Safe's services. I would absolutely call them again if I was in need of their services.

The inspection and treatment both went very well. The employee had a lot of experience and answered all our questions. I especially like the 6-month guarantee.

Our technician, Brice, arrived at our home on time, and promptly got to work with the inspection. Not only was he thorough, but it was clear to us he was extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of wildlife and their habits, He knew exactly what to look for, and was able to immediately identify the animal that had found it's way into our basement attic (a few occasional bats). He located and showed us all the entry points that they were entering in, and how they were travelling through the house. He continued the inspection throughout the whole house, looking for signs of anything else that could cause a problem. I had saved "samples" of a couple of bugs I had noticed in the house to show him, and he was able to identify what they were and tell us whether we should be worried about them or not (Note: We had previously asked two different pest control technicians from other companies what these bugs were, and none of them knew, so we were very happy Brice was familiar with them). We asked many other questions, and he proceeded to give us a thorough education on many different things we should look for and be careful about, and we felt we knew our house much better after the inspection.. My husband and I were very impressed at his knowledge and experience (he also had previous experience in home inspection, and HVAC), and we felt we really got our money's worth for this inspection. Very pleased, and we will be asking for Brice again with any more problems.

It went well, the initial inspection was very detailed. The follow-up work was prompt and got rid of our ant problem immediately. The service seemed a little expensive compared to other offers I have seen but it did get rid of the ants for good. I am not sure that the cheaper version would have. I would use Ultra Safe again.

I've been doing business with them for many years. They were not punctual. One of their employees called out sick, so they didn't even bother to notify me that they were running late. My appointment was between 11:30 till 12:30 and they didn't show up until 2:30. So basically I was sitting at home waiting for somebody to come and nobody came. The problem is that they've gotten bigger and bigger over the years so they could care less about their original customers and that's how I feel. They care about the small people anymore.

Everything was good. We had no problems but the provider showed us areas where something could get into the house and should be properly sealed for the basement. Very helpful.

The inspector arrived promptly and sent us a report very quickly after coming by.

When I signed up the company contacted me that day to arrange an appointment. Everyone on the phone was very polite and professional. The workers showed up during the time slot I was told. They were neat, polite and knowledgeable about my issue. They answered all my questions and then went about their work. They told me what they found and did prior to leaving and I got an email follow up the next day. I'm very pleased with this company.

Ultra Safe gave us peace of mind when we badly needed it! We are in the process of selling our home, and an awful home inspector put on his report that there was evidence of wood-destroying insects in our home (after finding a couple of dead ants in the basement). Ultra Safe came out right away to give our house a complete inspection, and certified that our house is free of all pests, and has no damage whatsoever from any kind of wood-destroying anything. Ultra Safe was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and I would not hesitate to use them again!

Standard treatment. Fair price. Didn't get all the ants the first time, so they came back and did it all a second time, under warranty. Technicians seemed knowledgeable.

We had a huge infestation of ants on our property, but not inside the house. They were mostly along the edge of the sidewalks and driveway, and in the lawn in both the front and back yards. Called several companies who said they only treated structural areas of the house and not exterior areas away from the structure. Ultra Safe Pest Management was able to treat the entire property as well as the house. In one visit, they treated all of the problem areas as well as the foundation of our house to prevent any possible future entry by the ants. They were prompt, thorough, and professional. It has been almost three months and we have not seen any ants since. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Technician sprayed around the entire property for ants and other inspects. He inspected property to see if there were any areas of infestation that needed extra attention.He sprayed under and around decks, foundation and around our detached garage. We live in a wooded area and have carpenter ants around us constantly. The spraying seems to have helped and we have not seen very many carpenter ants in our home over the past month since they sprayed.

We had a good experience with Lance. He came the day after we closed on a house, which we knew had some mouse problems from our inspection. Lance arrived on time and was prepared to do the work. He made sure to tell me what he was doing and gave recommendations on how to limit the mouse access into the house. We had Lance come back out a few weeks later to check on the progress and I am happy with the results. My only recommendation is that if you think you have mice coming from your dishwasher/fridge, I would suggest moving the appliances to see the entry points. We saw a huge hole in the back of our dishwasher only after it was replaced. I wish we had moved it earlier when Lance was there so we could have laid the traps earlier. We will continue to use Ultra Safe Pest!
