They set traps, found the source of entry and blocked it. Very professional and polite.

Inspectors were very thorough, looked at the entire house from top to bottom, inside and outside. Found evidence of mouse infestation & have proposed solution to remove them and keep them and other potential pests from returning. Waiting for written proposal, followed by treatment in about a week.

Alex was personable, punctual...explained exactly what he was doing, and why. The initial estimate was thorough and free. The work was done quickly and efficiently. He identified strategies to maximize the effectiveness of the treatments they were doing, even recommending moving bird feeders away from the house to reduce the attraction of chipmunks, mice, and squirrels to the area around the foundation. The fee included a follow-up visit to remove traps and re-set baits. They were punctual and efficient about making the follow-up happen, even though it didn't add anything to their bottom line. That was a nice touch. I was very happy with the work, and I'll use them again.

The company was very easy to work and very accommodating. They came on time, followed up with a report and when I called for additional information concerning the location of the ants, I received a quick reply. I would definitely recommend Ultra Safe Pest Management.

It was fine. It was effective. It was a little bit expensive but it worked as claimed. They did what they said and it worked. It was a little bit overpriced for what they did.

Lance Paquin worked with me to keep my pets out of harm's way which I appreciated. When finished, the carpenter ants that had invaded my kitchen garden window were eradicated. Since the afternoon of that treatment, I have seen ZERO ants of any kind in the house. The window is a loss and needs to be replaced, but there will be no further damage from ants to the structure of my house. He also treated the foundation's sill in case the ants get ideas about coming back. This was money well-spent. I contracted with the Boston, MA office of this company

Performed an inspection of our home for pests and made recommendations. They were prompt, professional, friendly and honest.

We saw a mouse in our home and they came out and inspected the whole house inside and outside to identify possible entry points. They properly sealed those entry points no longer allow mice to access our home. They then strategically placed traps to catch any mice they may now be stuck in the home as a result of having entry/exit points sealed. They did not use any poison in our home and kept in mind we have small children when placing the traps indoors. They came back for a follow up and reset any traps as needed and also did a second look to make sure they did not miss sealing up entry points. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel very comfortable that they took care of the issue.

Tech failed to identify termites in the house. Although, we express our concerns with termites and tech was sure we didn't have the problem. We called a different company for a termite inspection and that company was able to show/identify the termite problems.

Ultra Safe does a great job. I hired them after having several problems with carpenter ants. I have not had any issues with pests since signing up for their bi-annual services. Everything is automatic. They automatically schedule the service, they come out and do their work without needing the home owner to be home. When they are needed things other than maintenance they come out promptly and do a thorough job. The people I have interacted with have been very knowledgeable and personable. You wont go wrong with Ultra Safe.

I called the company on behalf of my client who is currently in the process of selling their home. After an home inspection we were required to do a treatment on the property. I called and spoke with a call center rep who was nice but unknowledgeable and gave a lot of incorrect information and pricing unbeknown to me. Later that evening, the Manager, Marty and the owner called me to let me know the information and pricing was incorrect. I was disappointed as I had already accepted the original price point and cancelled any other inspections and quotes from other companies. How inconvenient!! BUT!! Marty and the owner was amazing in helping understand the mistake and completely went above and beyond to accommodate me and my client. I was shocked that companies still hold integrity. I expected them to tell me to go kick rocks and I was prepared to be angry but they smoothed over everything. They made me feel like they cared about my business, that I was a valued customer. They came to my clients home, professional, on time and with a big smile ready to work. After such an experience, I would use them a million times over. Not just because of the great customer service but during the appointment the technician explained everything and was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. I couldn't have asked for more. I worked with many companies and this was the best experience I have had so far.

We had flying ants everywhere and ultra-safe came to the rescue they showed me all the proper steps to keep the ants from coming back also the technician Lance was extremely polite and very helpful answering all my cuckoo questions...I would highly recommend them

The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They showed up on time and had professional equipment for safely removing the animals from my home. They also sealed up some openings so this wouldnt happen again!

The company was not able to resolve the problem and found an excuse to get out of the warranty (e.g. tenants not properly preparing for the treatment). After several attempts, their reports started indicating that they weren't able to find live bed bugs in the units while I was seeing the live bedbugs every time I visited the property. I am currently in the process of disputing the charge with them as they wouldn't even answer my phone calls. Very bad experience...

I had yellow jackets coming inside my attic space and bedroom. My concern was using pesticides that could be potentially harmful to me. I used this company because of their advertisement that they are safe. They used pyrethrins. I was concerned about toxcity as I have asthma and both my husband and dog were exposed to insecticides that ultimately lead to their deaths. I voiced my concerns at the onset and was told their is no concern. I left the home with my other dog during the administration and when I returned home their was a strong odor and I had difficulty breathing. I had to open all the windows to my home and blow fans to air it out for 30 minutes, It was cold outside. Not a pleasant experience. I read up on this agent and found this When inhaled, irritation of the respiratory passages, runny nose, coughing, difficulty breathing, vomiting and diarrhea have been reported. Dogs fed extremely large doses of pyrethrins have experienced drooling, tremors, uncoordinated movement, and difficulty breathing. Increased activity, exhaustion, convulsions, and seizures have also been reported with high doses. When exposed to pyrethrins, people have reported some of the same symptoms that are associated with asthma. These include wheeze, cough, difficulty breathing, and irritation of the airways. I contacted the company and got an answering service who said someone would call me right back . I didnt receive a call back. I called back the enxt day and spoke to the owner. There was no written repsponse as to what was done or found given to me. I need ed to call this company several times and they had to come out again to re-inspect as I still had bees coming in to the bedroom.

to his credit, he did reduce the cost of this overpriced service, ( in my opinion)

Ultra Safe came out to install a chimney cap and conducted an inspection after we heard a squirrel get into our walls. After making sure there was no longer a squirrel in the house, the guys at Ultra Safe installed the chimney cap as part of the Angie's list deal that we had purchased, and also conducted a thorough inspection for any possible points of entry. They sprayed repellent where there was activity. We heard a little noise a couple weeks later, but were not sure if anything was actually in the house, but Ultra Safe still came back after we called to do a follow-up at no cost. They found evidence of what was probably some birds that were trying to make their way in, and put additional repellent in those areas. Since then we have not had any issues. Would definitely recommend Ultra Safe. They were prompt, flexible with scheduling, professional, and responsible.

They've been good. We've actually used them before.

Called twice today, once at 9 AM, once at 4 PM, politely gave my name & number to the woman on the other line, said I wanted them to come take care of the mice I just found in my basement. Both times she told me the "scheduling department" would call me very soon. Now 6:00, no call. That's ok, people who just found mice in their home are never in a rush. Don't bother calling. "Scheduling Department"? Give me a break.

The technician didn't really know, or seem to care, what type of insect was infecting my trees. Tried to sell me something I didn't need or want: I would never install those green termite traps for "precaution"...you cannot sell your house afterwards.

Joe and another guy came and spent a good deal of time talking through the various areas I was concerned about. They were extremely helpful, and even explained things we could do ourselves (rather than pay them to do). All in all I was very pleased. Joe was very knowledgable and pleasant. My only complaint, and it is minor, is that I asked a the end if he would send me a write-up of what he'd found and he said yes but I never did get one. I had taken copious notes throughout though so it really didn't bother me. I would definitely hire them again, this was a great value.

I was very satisfied and reassured by the treatment - safe for the animals and humans and the problem was taken care of.

Issue in scheduling - attempted to schedule through Angie's list but never heard back from the company. Had to call to get them to come out, which delayed inspection. Inspection was decent but writeup was poor - just a few sentences, not detailed. Inspector said we had carpenter ants and explained treatment in person but never offered pricing for services through them. After the inspection, never heard from the company again.

The cost to stop mice further access to the house, and set up traps and bait was $495.00. They did give 15% off. At first I was told they would also take off the $69.00 inspection fee?
