I've moved cross country about 5 times in my adult life, and I grew up in a family that MOVED alot. Needless to say my standards are very high. It isn't always easy to find a good company, but a few things set Trico movers apart from other companies from the get-go. First, their customer service was clear, professional, and on target. Kyle was my contact to coordinate my quote was friendly, accommodating, and knew his stuff. Other services I've called were DOA in that sense. These movers knew the important questions to ask that many companies miss or forget to go over. I know from experience that when a moving company doesn't know the right questions to ask about your move and things come up later, it can drastically change the price of your move. Second, they gave me a good quote. Not a quote so cheap I knew that they would change it after I had already committed (I've had two of these "too good to be true" low quote experiences) but trico long distance movers were still cheaper than the local competitors. The move itself was awesome. They arrived right on schedule and were effective with getting the job done in a timely manner. They were organized and knew what they were doing. Great job Trico!
