+ -1 moreKevin is fantastic. I've been working with him for over 12 years, I almost never work with anyone else, and when I do I always regret it! He is a consumate pro and has an expert crew of long time workers who **enjoy** what they do and do it really, really well. I've had him install new hardwood floors, patch existing floors, stain and refinish floors, you name it. He always does an amazing job. You might find that his prices are a little higher than some of the cheapest services out there, but believe me, it's worth it. He stained the floors in my entire house, you can't even tell where he patched in with new hardwood, the look is completely uniform. I hired another company once because my contractor told me to try his flooring guy -- it was a disaster, the stain came out streaked and uneven and he used the wrong water-based poly.
Description of Work: Kevin Tran at TK Flooring came and patched in an area of my basement floor where I had done some renovations with new hardwood and then refinished the whole room. A while back he had patched in several areas through out my house and then sanded, stained and refinished all the floors.

+ -1 moreKevin (Kiet) and his team are absolute pros. First, when you call him for an estimate he usually comes the same day, if not within a few hours. It's uncanny. He give you an estimate on the spot. On the day of the work, his team arrives on time and gets to work immediately. They are 100% professional, fast, and cheerful. Would not use anyone else for new hardwood installs, refinishing, or repairs.
Description of Work: Kevin came and refinished about 900 sf of high traffic retail/office space. He did a superb job, the floor looks about as good as it did when he did the work about 1.5 years ago despite the daily foot traffic. Our floor had been badly scraped up over a few year's time with an oil based finish, he came in, sanded and applied a water based satin finish. His pricing is slightly higher than other hardwood finishing companies, but his work is flawless, it's worth an extra 20-25 cents per square foot, in my opinion. He had previously installed new hardwood floors for me at a different location, and they also came out beautifully.
