I highly recommend this company. The customer service was great as I received a call the same day as the purchase from George. He provided details about the work that would be done and we scheduled date/time. The finished job was spectacular! My bathroom tile was sparkling clean like it was just installed. The team providing the service/labor were very friendly, answered any questions that I had and they cleaned up after themselves. I am having additional work done by this company.

This is the first time I ever felt the urge to write a review, we have an income property in Medford MA listed for rental on Airbnb and needed lots of painting done in a short period of time since we had to block reservation requests from guests which puts a dent in our income so we decided to hire Super Serv which came in highly recommended by a friend of the family and thankfully we could not have made a better decision, the crew was extremely professional and very clean, George gave us great insight on the latest trends in color combination, finished the project a day early and always responded to our emails in a snap, we are thinking of having Super Serv back in the spring for the exterior and I am sure it will be another great experience.

I contacted Super Serv to steam clean my Daughter's bedroom. Super Serv was so responsive, getting back to me within minutes. They had next day availability. When the team arrived they were polite, knowledgeable and showed me exactly what they would do. I'm so pleased with Super Serv and will be calling them again for all my carpet needs.

True professionals! As a facility manager at the YMCA i wanted to try out a new maintenance company and decided to give super serv a shot, could'nt be any more pleased with their work, their carpet steam cleaning method is just beyond industry standards and because they provided many other services i finally found a one point of contact for all my maintenance needs, highly recomended!

They did very high quality work - they even sanded down a portion of the wall that had a poor patch done previously. Because this ended up causing a lot of dust, they even brought in a cleaning crew to clean the entire living room - the place looked spotless when I returned home. High quality work for a reasonable price.

he did a wonderful job, I have had rugs cleaned many times over the last 25 years, and his newer process was the best!! my carpets haven't been this clean in years!! hard workers, but very friendly, polite, and professional. they forgot to do my stairs , and I called them, and they said the would be right back, but I told them no, so I was told they would make a notation in there book, that when I called again, they would deduct that amount from the bill, no usually I would just blow this off as B.S. but thisguy I really believe, and I don't trust most people???? but I will positively use again, and again!!
