Description of Work: I have about 10 windows and Sunrise Window Cleaning cleaned them inside and outside. They took out my air conditioners. Put in a couple storm windows and cleaned them as well.

 + -1 moreVery dishonest and unprofessional!!! They broke one of my screens and promised to replace it - never did. When I called they were rude or hung up on me. The windows still have plenty of stainings on them.

 + -1 morene person company so phone calls are usually left on his machine and them he returns them in 1-2 days. He came out for the estimate on the day and time he said he would and performed the work in a timely manner. He recommended not doing the work as soon as I wanted explaining that it would be best to wait for all the pollen to come out, otherwise it would be a waste of my money. I appreciate that consideration.
Description of Work: Company cleaned all windows both inside and out on our 2 story home. The owner of the business did the work himself along with 1 helper. The owner was very professional and personable and I plan to use him again in the fall.

 + -1 moreI have had them do services a couple of times. This last time was about a week ago. It was a very good experience. He was very professional and very nice. He does a really good job. He doesn't leave until you are satisfied and he is satisfied. The price he quoted me over the phone was the price I received. He stuck to his price quote, which I thought was reasonable. Again, he was very nice and prompt. His punctuality was definitely excellent. The time he said he would be here, he was here. I was so pleased with his work that I told him come Spring, I would have him do some more work.
