+ -1 moreExcellent. Steve is a hard worker and offers a very fair price. He offers solutions that will fix the problem but not cost more than it should. He responded to all my requests promptly so that I did not have to wait weeks to get the job done. I have used Steve's service multiple times for various projects over the past year and he is my "go to" for the ongoing repairs on my 100 year old house.
Description of Work: I have used Steve for multiple projects: kitchen sink repair, replacement window installation, painting, rebuild exterior stairs, fence repair, and building a raised garden bed.
