Our service was really exceptional. Nelson and his crew were on-time to Belmont, courteous, very helpful and super quick. On a hot day they were able to move us out of the old spot and into the new in less time than budgeted, and all furniture and boxes were handled with great care (no damage to items or the apartments). 5/5 would definitely use again (in fact, after our experience our daughter is now planning to use them next moth!).

The process was seamless. They wrapped and secured all my furniture and were very efficient and quick. I would highly recommend and will be using them again on my upcoming move!

I tend to be a little skeptical about moving companies, but these guys did exactly what they said they would, for exactly the quoted price with absolutely zero problems! They moved us from Boston to Indianapolis, picking up on day 1 and dropping off on day 3 - just as they had promised. Super-nice, careful, professional crew that really wanted us to feel relaxed about the whole process, and they made that possible!

When they arrived we still had some boxes that needed to be taped up and items that needed to be packed and they took care of everything for us . We were very pleased with their service.

We used Stairhopper for our recent move from two apartments into a house in Brookline and had a fantastic experience. They had great communication, arrived promptly, and were incredibly professional.
