Description of Work: When contacted to make moving date reservation they said it was a blacked out date and would not give us our desired moving date. This date was not on the coupon offer as a date they would not let you use the offer. They were not accommodating at all1

Description of Work: Taped and padded furniture handled with care, cautious of wood floors at move in location, respectful of furniture, offered assistance assembling furniture, very nice guys. Worked in timely fashion prompt arrival. My Vacuum cleaner hose did rip and I forgot to report getting it repaired.

Description of Work: We moved from MA to NH and needed two 24' trucks. Stairhoppers were great. They were very efficient and everything was well taken care of. Moving cost was as estimated, even better due to our underestimation of quantity of boxes and unestimables, such as attic and basement stuff. Plus we had a number of antiques and items of high personal value; they wrapped and moved these with care, even several armoires that required dis-/re-assembly. The crew were very efficient and friendly, even tolerating our barky doggie without incident or annoyance on their part. We recommend them highly and feel very fortunate and pleased that they are such a high quality Co.

Description of Work: They helped me move,to two separate locations (a new home and my storage unit). They worked for 7.5 hours. They were efficient and agreeable and overall extremely professional. Moving is not fun, but I would use them again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend them to others.
