Crew unloaded truck quickly and carefully delivered items up three flights of stairs without a problem. Maintained professional attitude under pressure and remained positive throughout the job. Stairhoppers we’re great! The town was paving our street during the move and they adjusted their unpacking to get everything off the truck before the paving started. The cost was very reasonable and they used packing material we had before charging us for theirs.

Excellent service. The process from quoting to payment was seemless. The packing crew were friendly, well trained and very flexible. Everything was packed with care and there was zero damage to our property. We moved from an apartment to a house, picked up a piano and other large items at a storage lockup and delivered quickly. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

The three team members helped pick up from two locations and deliver at one final location. They carefully wrapped furniture and communicated effectively. I had one piece of furniture that did not fit down a narrow set of stairs and they disassembled it properly. They team was very helpful and I trusted them with my move. This was my second time using Stairhoppers because I was very pleased with my first experience with them two years ago.

10/10! The guys were so prompt and professional- really efficient and moved our whole house out and in for us. They offered to assemble and disassemble as well- could not have done it without them!

Excellent service. Theee movers who worked nonstop. Ten hour move and lots of packing on one of the hottest days of the year. Three people who showed up were competent, professional, and the hardest working people I’ve ever seen. Lots of fragile items and furniture, and absolutely nothing was damaged in the move. Not a single piece of stemware broken - not a scratch on any furniture (or wall). Excellent!

Lucien, Tristan, and Sergio arrived punctually and then took some time to walk the house and gather specific information. They started right in and worked tirelessly to get the job done. I cannot underscore how terrific these men were and are. They asked clarifying questions as needed and were solicitous of my needs. They were extraordinarily professional with a skill level that was amazing. Their individual and collective spatial skills are off the chart and they worked hard to have my belongings fit with precision in the truck and then meticulously in the storage unit. Phenomenal!!!!!!!
