The movers arrived on time, and were very courteous and professional. We were moving out of a two story 3-bedroom house with a full basement and garage, and lots of narrow stairs! The movers worked swiftly and efficiently, and were able to wrap and pack some very difficult pieces of furniture, tools, and yard items into the truck. We were very impressed, and will plan on using them again for any future moves.

The crew who did our multiple household move was great - on time, efficient, friendly, and careful. We would hire them again in the future!

I’m 70 and moved many times so when I give a five plus ****** my opinion should matter. This company if the first one I ave ever dealt with that hires the best people, they treat customers with respect and decency. You will not find better movers.

We have now used Stairhopper Movers for two moves, and would certainly use them again. Booking a move online with them is very easy, and their website allows you to get pretty specific with your needs so that they can provide a very realistic quote. The movers themselves have always been very professional, quick and easy to work with. Leading up to your moving date the office communicates with you via phone and email, which is assuring.

I hired Stairhopper to move the furniture from 3rd floor attic bedrooms to a first-floor unit (the attic is being remodeled). I have used them before. We had to transfer furniture and goods down narrow twisting flights of stairs (old house) into a 1st floor apartment that was already furnished. It was a tight squeeze everywhere, requiring skill and agility. The two guys did a super job: they are smart, energetic, courteous, professional, reasonably-priced, and fast. It happened faster than I could have thought possible. As I said, I have used Stairhopper before, and will use them to move back upstairs after the renovation.

The experience was essentially perfect. It was timely, efficient, and at a fair price. The guys were friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

A crew of three showed up exactly on time. They were courteous and friendly. They always asked exactly what I wanted moved and where it should go. They wrapped everything up with blankets and lots of tape so no damage was done to any of my furniture. They cleaned up in both houses.

They showed up on time. They were professional and courteous. They were careful with the furniture and patient while we decided where to place each piece of furniture as they brought it in. They put each piece of furniture back together properly. They completed the job in a timely manner.

Everything was excellent including price. All the movers were punctual, professional and very helpful. Nothing was broken during the move and they arrived on time at Iowa. Guzman and Antonio were extremely helpful during the unloading of the truck in Iowa. This is the second time I use Stairhopper and it was as good as the first time. No complains. Stairhoppers was one of the best deals we found for our move from Watertown to Melrose. The option to purchase additional insurance was very important to us as part of our local move, and not all the other places we got quotes from offered it. However, we were happy not to have to make a claim! The crew arrived right on time and was very hard-working, bringing things up the many stairs to our second and third-floor apartment. We had a great experience and would definitely hire again for a local move near their base location.

Stairhoppers was on time, professional and incredibly efficient. They were easy to work with while scheduling and the movers were excellent, they explained how they were doing things and arrived on time and finished promptly. As I mentioned above this was a very difficult apartment to move as it had two bedrooms on the third floor.

I had a chance to experience two separate crews. Both did an excellent job. I would rate the company A+. After the first move was completed, the charges were even less that what had been estimated over the phone. Plus, I received a 10% discount for paying in cash.

Great! We have never hired movers before but finally convinced my spouse that no one our age wants to help us move anymore in exchange for pizza and beer. Got the deal from Stairhopper and it saved us hours of weekend back-and-forth trips in the van. All communications were prompt, they called with 45 minutes notice, and the movers were great throughout. They also were kind to my 4 year old who had endless questions.

The guys were professional, very efficient and had such positive attitudes (even when moving large pieces of a sectional couch down a very narrow staircase in the 90-degree heat).
