Marius and his team were amazing. We were so pleased with how smooth the moving was. 4 men made moving look so easy and effortless. They were strong, efficient yet very careful with my belongings and with the floor and wall corners. Even by the 9th hour, they all still had that light, energetic footsteps up and down the stairs. As they were moving furniture and boxes, I was busy on the phone taking care of urgent matters from work. It was literally one email's time one room got emptied by them. A solid five-star, I will recommend this company to everyone in need of professional moving help

These guys were AMAZING. I only needed to move one room out of my apartment and into another apartment, and they moved all my stuff into a truck in 30 minutes. Took about 15-20 minutes to get to the new apartment, and then had all my stuff in the new room in maybe 45 minutes (it was up 3 flights of stairs). The guys who came were really friendly and patient, respectful, and did an excellent job. 10/10 would hire again!

I've used Stairhopper Movers for four different moves, and each time they are professional, efficient, take great care with my belongings, and the service has been consistent across each move. I do my own packing - and each time I've learned from them - so I can pack better. Similarly the office staff is great too! Getting a quote and booking the move are clear and straightforward, and the reminder and confirmation calls are helpful too - it feels like we're all on the same page, every step of the process.

There was not much they could have done to improve their service, the stair hoppers team was very professional in the sense of updating me about the plans the day before and the day of. When they arrived they got straight to work and didn't stop. Two guys were able to lift some heavy machinery down a flight of stairs. They did everything we needed.

These guys are the best moving company in Boston. I rescheduled the move with them as my home renovations didn’t finish timely. The two guys who helped me were very careful to not scratch the floors or make dents in the furniture. They put a floor runner to protect the floors, wrapped up dressers in blanket to protect them. Also, they helped me assemble some furniture. This was by far the best moving company experience I have had.

The folks at Stairhopper were great from the start. I had completed an online estimate, but wanted to be sure I was accurate, so I asked for someone to come out to provide an in person estimate. Much to my surprise, someone was available to come out and meet with me that day. We walked through the house and confirmed everything that was going to be moved. The estimate was updated and seemed very fair and reasonable compared to the other two estimates I obtained. The reviews were excellent, so I decided to book our moving day. Stairhopper stayed in contact with me throughout the month by, sending an email at least weekly. A week before the move, everything was confirmed, but a few days before, I needed them to change the start time to accommodate and earlier move. No problem was the reply. On moving day, the team arrived on time and within a few hours had everything packed into the truck, just in time for the walk through by the buyers of our old house. The truck headed to our new home, but we couldn't move in yet due to a delay in our closing. The team stayed nearby for several hours, keeping in touch with me the entire time. When we finally closed, they came right over to our new home an unloaded everything (again, in just a few hours). After such a frustrating day with the sale and purchase of a new home, the Stairhopper moving team was one of the bright spots of the day!

The entire experience was AMAZING. I filled in a form on line and Stairhoppers were the first to respond with a fair quote that ended up being accurate for both packing (the day before) and moving. The teams for packing and moving were incredibly polite, neat and careful with all of my belongings. They packed my 3 bed 1 bath condo in 4 hours, including wrapping furniture - it was a sight to behold, and they did it so quietly that my neighbor didn't hear them until they started moving furniture around. The move out was TOUGH - I lived in a 3rd floor condo in a JP triple decker with narrow winding stairwells. Big pieces were hoisted over back porch, and everything had to be carried down the street half a block since cars parked in protected spots. The move in was awesome, as the team assembled big pieces of furniture and made sure all boxes and furniture were in the right spots, moving them when they were not. Both teams worked so well together, had smiles and were joking - even on moving day! I cannot say enough good things about them!!!

This was the first time we used professional movers and were astounded. The 3-person team was led by Gyula Borzasi who must have been a whiz at Tetris. They were all so professional, friendly, strong and quick! It was worth every penny using them, even though we had burned up significant travel time to three different locations and had a delay with our contractors that prevented them from unloading right when we arrived. If they are the typical service this company provides, we wouldn’t hesitate using them again or recommending them to all our friends and family.

The Stairhopper crew were friendly, careful, and fast. Everything was moved quickly and efficiently and I love that they piled the boxes in "aisles" in my new place. It made it so much easier to move around the boxes and actually find what I was looking for. Great experience, I would definitely recommend using this service!

We hired Stairhopper Movers to move our boxes + 1 king size mattress from a storage unit to our new apartment. They called us 20 minutes ahead of time and they arrived punctually. The staff gave us a thorough explanation of the protection services offered. The moving was done very quickly and professionally. There is a discount if you pay in cash! We would hire them again if we move next time.

They were fantastic! Quickly packed up my one bedroom apartment in Charlestown and moved me into a fourth floor walk up in the North End. I was amazed they could fit all my furniture up those tiny North End Stairs. The only problem with the move was they sent the crew in a huge moving truck (way too big for a one bedroom apartment move) and the truck wouldn’t fit down the tiny North End streets. Luckily they worked it out, and I will definitely use them again just with the precaution that they bring a smaller truck.

This is our second successful experience with Stairhopper Movers and I could not recommend them more highly. Our crew was fast, efficient, and did an excellent job not only taking care of our stuff and managing our move. I would highly recommend working with them, they arrived exactly on time, they stayed well within the estimated budget and they were very thoughtful and helpful the entire time. The move went very smoothly. It was a hot day and they had to move heavy furniture up 3 flights of stairs. They were on time, moved fast and we were very happy.

WOW! We needed to have a company pack and move a one bedroom apartment on short notice with shifting dates. Stairhopper Movers made this potential nightmare very simple. Stairhopper movers were great! They expertly packed all of our belongings into one 16' pod, much better than we could have done ourselves. They were very attentive and made sure to wrap and protect all important pieces, above and beyond what we expected. They arrived on time and while it took longer than i imagined it would (5 hours), the price seems totally fair for the service. Highly recommend them for any type of move in the area!

Stairhopper is a great company. I've used them twice now, both times for packing and moving, and they are so great to work with: timely, courteous, really careful about belongings, quick to go the extra mile without being asked, cheerful even in the face of steep staircases, and incredibly reasonably priced (especially if you move on a "discounted" -- i.e., non-peak demand -- day). Communication from the office pre-moving day is also excellent. Moving is pretty much the worst, but Stairhopper has made it as painless as possible -- twice. I will definitely keep using them for future moves, and recommend them to everyone I know!
