Stairhopper Movers

Stairhopper was by far the cheapest quote I received to move. I was a little concerned going in but they were professional throughout and did a very nice job with the move. We did most of the packing ourselves but they did a nice job wrapping up large items and handling other odd shape items. I would definitely use them again for a simple move like ours. I can't speak to their other packing services.

These guys were super awesome! I had to very quickly move out of my graduate housing to another residence in Cambridge after my university was strongly encouraging us to leave due to COVID-19. They were on time and very understanding during this high-stress move for me. They really went above and beyond to help me pack up some last minute items- I needed to pack my 1-Bedroom apartment in about 24 hours. It was a little more than I hoped to pay, but given the circumstances it was well worth it.

It went very well. The movers arrived on time and were friendly. They moved my items very carefully and made sure everything was securely wrapped. It was a bit more than I expected to pay... 100 deposit and 493 on the day of which included 10% discount for paying cash. Move took about four hours but they also charge for travel time. I would hire them again and recommend them.

The movers came right on time and knew exactly what to do. They were quick, efficient, and the price was right!

We needed help moving a portion of our belongings to our new house while leaving behind enough to live in and stage our current home for sale. Eddie and his team were extremely diligent in ensuring they took only the items marked to move and always asked when they had any questioned. They were very efficient but also handled things with care. They even helped us relocate an additional fridge at the new house. We will be using them for our final move!

Went fantastic! I can not say enough how great this team was. They showed up 1 minute early and were on the way to the new location within 15 minutes. Couldn't believe it! Very kind and professional. Highly recommend these guys for your move.

We were scheduled for arrival between 7:30 - 8:30. A team of three arrived around 7:40 and immediately got to work. They expertly wrapped all our furniture to where nothing we had got damaged in transit. We had a couple of difficult pieces that they were able to move efficiently out of our 4th floor apartment with tight corners and then into a house up a flight of stairs. They unloaded the last item around 1:30. Just like the first time I hired this company, I was impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. This was my second time using Stairhopper for a move and I would recommend them to anyone!

Movers did a great job moving a lot of furniture items from a 2nd floor condo in Dorchester to a new Single Family Home. They navigated tight urban conditions (driveway, stairs, etc.) well and worked efficiently to complete the move.

The entire process was well organized and very professional. The 3 men who moved our stuff were friendly and efficient. They started the job immediately on arrival and continued to work until the job was completed. When they had to deal with unforeseen frustrations about street access they did it with ease. We moved from a 1st floor unit to a 3rd floor unit and also had them drop stuff off at storage on the way. It was worth every last penny.
