Amazing!!!! Stairhoppers are in incredible. Kind, professional, took great care of our stuff. The crew was punctual and extremely competent, and FAST. We own more material things than should ever been packed into a two bedroom townhouse, and we were completely moved in 5 hours (we did our own packing - not sure how long they take to pack). And the guys didn't even complain once despite the fact that I made them move 30 boxes of books (not an exaggeration). Price may seem a little higher than some other companies, but worth every penny! You're paying a premium to guarantee everything will be fine, which is fine by me. I seriously could type for the next hour and not say enough good things. I hope we never move ever again, but if we did I'd call Stairhoppers immediately.

Went well- very helpful- Showed up a little late and claimed that it took 1.5 hrs to get to seaport from Charlestown Ma and tried to charge for the travel time but after speaking with them they amended the issue.

I called and got multiple quotes, Stairhopper Movers was the most reasonable. All the representatives I spoke to at HQ were super friendly and helpful. On the day of the move I had 3 movers, who very carefully wrapped some fragile antique pieces and got everything to the new location safely. They also got multiple HUGE pieces up a pretty narrow old staircase which took considerable planning, maneuvering, and patience. The 3 gentlemen were totally professional and a pleasure to work with. There were no surprises at the time of payment, and the quote was right on. I will definitely use Stairhopper Movers again!

The communication from the time we booked Stairhopper’s was excellent. They sent reminders via text, email, and a phone call the day before. The two guys were pleasant, hardworking, and strong! My movers were excellent - called 30 mins prior to arrival and took care with all of my things. They were incredibly kind and helpful in getting everything up to my 2nd floor apartment, and made sure to go over the bill with me before they left. Would definitely use again!
