The move went incredibly well. The movers were able to come early and they worked really quickly and efficiently.

Went smoothly! They do charge for tape when they're taping the moving blankets to the furniture but they did a great job. They also charge for the use of a big bin to put smaller boxes and loose items into. They were very responsive, courteous and gentle with all of our things.

Everything went smoothly without a hitch. Most importantly, my 88 year old mother was very happy with the service.

My family has used stairhopper movers 3 times now and every time they are outstanding; the movers are professional, punctual, helpful, patient, and fast but careful. I can't say enough about how good they are - especially compared to another mover I recently used only when stairhopper wasn't available.

Excellent communication and service from the company—everything can be done easily online ahead of time. Movers were on time, reliable and did a stellar job, even dealing with some unusual (COVID and a nor’easter) and unexpected hurdles. Would definitely use them again!

The team was very pleasant and very hard working. Difficult buildings to move in and out of and they did a great job. No complaints and no damage at all to walls etc.

Team was professional and kept masks on throughout. They were efficient and quick to load up and were very careful with the piano and other valuables. Unfortunately it rained pretty hard, but they were absolute troopers in unloading and navigating around the contractor.

Movers were professional, efficient, and considerate of COVID precautions the entire time. They were exceedingly careful with all my belongings, and rapidly helped pack some last minute items where I had run out of boxes. Despite horrible weather, they were absolute troopers in unloading and moving items up the stairs in the rain, and were flexible moving around the contractors (and cat). Price was pretty decent considering the piano and cash discount.

Romaro and Omar were punctual and professional. I pack my own boxes and they even put extra tape to ensure everything was extra secure. Everything arrived perfectly!

These guys are always amazing. Super fast, super polite, super cautious with Covid. I moved out of a north end garden level unit with a very tight stairwell. The guys worked effortlessly and so carefully to get my 90 inch sofa out. I have used these guys 3 times before- two apartments and clearing out an office. can’t think of anyone better!

Excellent experience with Stairhoppers. I had multiple changes to my move date and they were always so accommodating. On the day of the move, they gave me a courtesy call and the 3 guys who came worked like dogs to move my stuff up 4 flights. And the price couldn’t be beat + discount for paying cash!

Our stairhopper movers were amazing and treated all our furniture and possession with the utmost care. At multiple times they went above and beyond what we initially anticipated, including reassembling and fixing a wobbly piece of furniture. Good not be happier or recommend them more if you are trying to sort through the many Boston-area movers.

Great team of movers! Efficient, communicative, careful, and fairly priced. We had over 150 boxes and several awkward furniture pieces, plus an exercise bike. Nothing was damaged and the move took less time than they estimated upon arrival. The office was also quick to respond and courteous whenever I called with questions.

Punctual, professional, and punctilious! Good communication to move all the right things. Attention to wrapping furniture properly. They made sure every box was placed in the designated areas according the labels! Very nice! Also, computerized scheduling system is another plus.
