It was excellent. The crew was punctual, polite and worked very hard. Each piece of furniture was wrapped very well and they were extremely careful. They were awesome and I will absolutely hire them again... if we move again that is!

They're so good! It was so fast. I literally gave them my keys and told them what I needed moved. I went to get breakfast, and an hour and a half later, they called to say they were done! We then met them at the new location. Same thing, I told them where I generally wanted things. They got to work, and an hour later, I got a call saying they had finished. They set up my room so nicely I didn't make any changes to the layout! I think my movers were Danny and Angel, but they were actually the best. So quick and efficient and helpful! I believe this is my 3rd move with this company and I would never go anywhere else. Only surprising note was that the cost was a bit higher than my quote estimate, but honestly the job was so well done I couldn't argue.

These movers were excellent! Not only were they quick and put everything where I needed it to go, but they were also extremely nice and professional. I was having a very stressful day and even so they were friendly, calm and very patient. Would recommend them to my friends or anyone who needs a mover! It's about $115 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours. I only used them for 2 hours, but they charge for a minimum of 3 which I still thought was reasonable and a good price.

We use stair hoppers for a local move it in the Boston area. The team was right very responsive with questions and concerns prior to the move, and offered a lot of flexibility if needed because of weather concerns, but luckily we were able to go ahead with the move as planned. The team that day was professional, safe, courteous, and efficient. They came recommended and we would use their services again. Price is very reasonable.

Moving is difficult under the best of circumstances and our move occurred on February 1 in New England with a nor'easter bearing down. Hired Stairhopper Movers in May 2020 to move furniture from 1br apt to 1br apt. Everything went perfectly, so I hired them again in January 2021. Consistent terrific service including: on-time arrival wearing face coverings; energized and ready to go; prepared with tools, tape, blankets, cellophane, dollies; carefully wrapped everything; easily negotiated tight stairwells; organized/efficient loading/unloading; friendly/courteous/professional. Would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

I cannot say enough good things about Stairhopper Movers. I am moving to a smaller condo and had to downsize, so I sent some of furniture to my family in CT. The two movers were quick, efficient, careful and pleasant. I would not hesitate to use them again.

George and his team showed up ready to work! They did a walk through of the space first, discussed a plan of action and then got right to it! They were organized, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. We had some big, bulky furniture that we were worried about squeezing out of our apartment and they did it no problem. Our belongings were handled gently, nothing tossed or broken, and everything arrived safely. We recommend this team to anyone looking for professional movers, well worth every penny!

Communication before the move was great. Movers showed up on time and really hustled the whole time, which is important since you pay by the hour. The total cost of the move was at the low end of the quote range they provided.

Only wonderful things to say. The crew was so kind and thoughtful. Great about wearing masks and felt very safe in COVID. They were careful with my stuff and took extra care to arrange everything where I wanted in the new place, keep boxes together and place in the right rooms. Would use them again in an instant and highly recommend!

Prior to the move we received multiple helpful reminders and confirmations. On the day of move, the crew arrived exactly within the scheduled window after Christmas and worked tirelessly through 5:30pm non-stop. We were very impressed by the professionalism and politeness of the crew, who did not even take a lunch break nor any coffee breaks (we asked but they wanted to save afternoon traffic time for us). We were moving from a large unit to a much smaller one, hence we had to stack up many heavy boxes on top of each other (7 to be exact!) and the Stairhopper crew did exactly that without any hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend Stairhopper to anyone who is looking for an efficient, affordable and professional moving company. Worth every single penny, and we definitely plan to use them next time.

Excellent service by the crew. Arrived on time and were exceptionally quick (but very careful). We had already packed everything ourselves into boxes except furniture. All furniture was carefully wrapped with mats and everything arrived to our house without any damage, including antique bookcase + table. Total time was 4 hours (1 hour travel to apartment + back to warehouse, 1.5 hours packing up, 30 min drive to house, 1 hour unpacking). The crew wore masks the entire time.
