Stairhopper Movers

Everyone we worked with was wonderful, from the scheduling and customer service staff, to the moving crews themselves. They were organized, efficient, friendly, dependable and professional. And they handled our belongings with care! We would definitely hire them again.

This is the second time I have used Stairhopper’s and they have knocked it out of the park both times. The most recent move entailed moving out of a fifth floor North End walk-up apartment with a very narrow staircase. Our crew (Louis, Fabio, and Miguel) showed up right on time and began to carefully and efficiently move our belongings to our new home. They were outstanding and helped make the move feel easy.

Stairhoppers Movers were fantastic!! Moving crew was on time, very kind, and quickly moved my belongings out of my old apartment. Movers then expertly moved my stuff into new place, including up several flights of stairs. They took great care in wrapping any unwrapped furniture with clean & secure tarping/wrapping. Will definitely use again & recommend to others :)

The time estimate was spot on as the movers were on time and efficient. All the furniture and boxes were in perfect condition.

Stairhopper Movers arrived at the time specified and were so friendly and efficient. i have never had movers before using Stairhopper and they made the process so easy, i barely lifted a finger. they packed everything securely in the truck, no mirrors or glass tables broke. not only were they super fast and efficient, the total cost came out to be way less than i was quoted. the two movers i had truly made the moving day so stress free. i am recommending to everyone i know to use Stairhopper Movers.

My movers were amazing. It was the hottest day of the year and I was moving into the fifth floor with no elevator. They moved so quickly, but also very cautiously. Wrapped all furniture very quickly, disassembled and reassembled. They made sure no walls were hit. They placed furniture where I asked. They were very communicative, friendly, efficient and easy to work with. This is my third move using them!

The moving team was AMAZING! They arrived promptly at the designated time and had us out of our old apartment and into our new apartment in 4 hours flat! They were professional and efficient. I would definitely use Stairhoppers again and would recommend them to anyone!

Stairhoppers were great. We used them after our friends suggested them. They delivered literally and figuratively. We packed ourselves and three guys were able to move everything to a house a half hour away within 4 hours.

The movers were able to handle the narrow staircase professionally, and were creative in how they were able to take things apart or maneuver them to fit.

This was my second time using Stairhopper’s and I would highly recommend them. They are punctual, efficient, and careful and did an excellent job navigating tricky staircases.

These guys were great! They arrived right on time and were ridiculously efficient. They finished our small apartment move within 5 hours, and were super helpful organizing everything in the right room at our new house. They treated all our things carefully and were very professional and friendly—our cat even liked them too.

I’m a repeat customer, they are the absolute best moving company in Boston. Incredibly professional. Yes that came after living on a 5th floor walk up, very courteous crew who leap up/down the 96 stairs (seemingly effortlessly). They taped up large furniture with lots of care and broke-down and built-up bed frame in seconds. I recommend planning to tip the crew with cash generously, they deserve every bit because you won’t find better service.

Moving is never fun. From quote to booking to the actual move, each person I interacted with was professional and committed to making the process easy. The team who moved me was kind and treated my belongings with extreme care. When we had to wait to have cars towed from my permitted street parking, they went above and beyond and parked at the end of the street and carried furniture and boxes up the street and into the apartment. I will be hiring Stairhoppers from now on when I need to move.

Couldn’t be happier with our choice. We originally had three movers scheduled but one ended up calling in sick the day of the move. Stairhopper’s was extremely accommodating, returned my call, discounted the rate and the two movers we did have were professional, friendly and very efficient. Wrapped everything in blankets and moved everything exactly where we needed it in the new house. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best moving experience. This was a big one for me, moving my live-work studio and home to a new location. On time, professional, friendly. Just fantastic!
