These guys were great. Very professional and careful with everything. They wrapped everything that needed protection or wrapping and disassembled and reassembled furniture as needed. They were great to work with and made the move quick and easy. Will definitely hire stairhoppers movers in the future.

The team of 3 movers were amazing. They showed up 10 minutes early and got to straight to wrapping furniture. They were incredibly respectful to our requests for certain furniture pieces and placed all of our furniture as requested in the new unit. Best team of movers I’ve ever worked with and at a reasonable, fair-market price. The team was with us from 8am-2:30pm and they did charge for the travel time but it was so easy and smooth

The guys were on time, professional, and quick. I was a bit worried when I went with stairhopper verses competitors whom I also had quotes from the service would be subpar due to their affordable rates. I was completely wrong. All my furniture was wrapped carefully, the pieces that needed to be taken apart were and put together perfectly on the other end. The home office was super communicative throughout the process and my team of movers were the best of the best.

It went well. They gave me a 4 hour window ahead of time, then called when they were 5 minutes away from the storage unit. I live 30 minutes from the storage unit, so this wasn’t ideal. But they were very professional, nice and funny when they arrived. It was very painless compared to other movers I used, I would go with them 10 times out of 10.

I moved from Somerville to the north end in Boston (up 3.5 flights of stairs!) and the movers were so quick and professional. They finished everything in just a few hours! Absolutely worth every cent.

Having used a few moving companies in the past, Stairhopper was a great balance of price, professionalism, and speed to make moving day a breeze. From the initial call to the office to the settling of the bill with the moving crew, every step of the process was clearly communicated in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend them for moving, and certainly will be calling them again for future moves.

They were great. It did cost more than expected, but I had twice as many boxes as I guessed, and then new school made us park SO FAR from where were supposed to (totally my fault - not theirs!). They were so professional dealing with all the extras, and rearranged schedules as I kept them there WAY too long. I've used them about 7 or 8 times so far between classroom and apartment moves. I love them!

There was a mixup with my reservation (my fault) and the move was scheduled with only 2 movers and a smaller truck than I had last time, and the two movers that came were fantastic, made sure everything fit, and completed the job faster (by almost half!) than the three staff who had completed my last move.

I seem to move often and have used Stairhoppers 3 or 4 times in the past 10 years. I have also recommended them to all my friends who have collectively used them about 1/2 dozen times and have had the same experience as I. The guys are punctual, quick, courteous, careful, very respectful and professional. I couldn't have gotten a better team to move my belongings. Thank You Stairhoppers

Very timely arrival. The three movers were courteous and professional. Most importantly, they were efficient and safe in moving our 2B2B apartment without incident.

Everyone involved was professional, responsive quoting, answered ongoing questions via phone, move team was fantastic at both sites & very helpful in taking a dresser apart to get it upstairs at the final site. Would definitely recommend & hire again.
