Stairhopper was great to work with. They were the only company that was able to schedule the move on the day we wanted - and at the lowest price. They provided a lot of great information prior to the move. Their team was punctual and fast. All of our possessions made it to our new home safely and at the price we were quoted. We would highly recommend them!

Very well. They arrived right on time and worked tirelessly for over 12 hours to complete the move. They then had a two hour drive back to their homes. Nothing was broken or damaged. I highly recommend Stairhopper and Marius in particular.

It went great. Brendan and team showed up ready to work. They packed up our 3 bedroom home with incredible care and made sure everything was safely packed in their truck. Excellent! This is the second time we used Stairhopper to move our belongings from Back Bay and South End to Charlestown. The entire process couldn't have really gone any better. Extremely professional, timely and prompt response times. David and his team (asked for them the second time around as well) were cordial, efficient, caring and good natured - never got frustrated or gave any attitude - and on time. While we packed up the majority of our belongings the team needed to dismantle the TV from the wall as well as our platform bed, couch and glassware and everything arrived "alive" and well. We couldn't be happier with their service!

Stairhopper is great! It was so easy to reserve your moving date, time through their website. The quote was very reasonable as well. On the moving date, the movers -Marrus's team arrived on time. They were very friendly, and they took very care of my items. Plus, all the work was finished in less than 2 hours! I was pleased with their service. I'd highly recommend stairshopper mover!

Three guys were sent to us. They are very strong, skillful and thoughtful. They used blankets and stretchable plastic wrap protecting our furnitures and treat our floor and walls carefully. They charged for 1 hour traffic for both come and go ( so totally 2hours), which I think is understandable. So overall, we are very satisfied!

The team they sent out were amazing. They worked really quickly and efficiently. I have an Ikea desk that I tried to disassemble the night before and I was stressed about how I was going to get it back together. They not only took it apart and safely moved it, but they got it back together again with no instructions. It turned out that one of the guys on the team used to work at Ikea. They were fantastic!

The entire process was handled professionally and well. Costs were reasonable and fully explained when they provided a quote (which happened very quickly after my initial request). I was given a convenient date and one-hour arrival window, which the movers hit accurately. They handled the actual move professionally and were careful with the items and navigated doorways, walls and other furniture items well. And one of the couches being moved was a queen sized sleep sofa, very bulky, but they handled it perfectly. The total cost came within the estimated range (albeit on the high end of that range, but that was due to some very tricky navigation at one of the locations which took extra time). Would definitely use this company again.

It went great! We'd been packing in our spare time for a month leading up to the move date. Between our 1.5 year-old, dog, and busy jobs, we didn't have a ton of time. We thought we got a lot done but knew there was a lot more. When David and his team showed up they surveyed the scene, saw what we needed to pack, asked us questions about where things should go, and got to work. Moving is stressful, but I wish we had hired this crew to do a full pack the day before so we wouldn't have to worry about anything. It would have been worth the extra money. It was a long day of hard work and we are incredibly grateful for the effort they put in.

They did a great job packing and moving my belongings. A bit on the expensive side.

The moving crew came at the exact time promised. They carefully wrapped everything in moving blankets. Everything was moved faster than expected and thus at less cost. I think this is the third time I've used them and I would use them again for sure.

I've used Stairhopper Movers twice now in the past year: once to move from a city apartment to a house; and again to move big furniture pieces from my parent's house to mine. The crew was very professional. Everything was properly wrapped, loaded, and unloaded. Nothing was damaged during the move. They worked quickly, and it was clear that they knew what they were doing. I would use this company again.
