They showed up on time and quickly completed the move. They wrapped and taped everything that needed it and were careful and courteous. The only downside was the total being 20% more than the high end of the quote, but we still recommend and would use again.

We had 5 movers show up right on time the day of the move. From start to finish, they were very organized and efficient as a team. They communicated well with us to ensure things went where we wanted them. We also had a rather heavy piece of gym equipment, and they managed to bring it out of the old house (2nd floor) and into the new house (2nd floor) with grace. They did the whole move without damaging the walls or floors at either place. It was a long day for them, but in line with the estimate, and we appreciated getting a 10% discount for paying in cash.

Stairhopper is definitely the best moving company I've ever used. They were responsive, responsible, and quick. Without even asking, they wrapped all our furniture and were respectful of our new paint job. They were thoughtful and patient when we had some delays on our end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I will definitely call them the next time I'm moving.

It was excellent from inception to completion. I was moving from a ground floor apartment to a third floor walk-up.I elected to move all the “stuff” myself, prior to moving day. I hired Stairhopper to move my furniture. The Office team was very responsive. They called me, with a quote, within 15 minutes of my online request. Their pricing was the least expensive of the 4 companies I spoke with, so I decided to hire them. Due to construction delays, at my new place, I had to change my move date twice. They were very accommodating, and worked with me to find a date and time that fit my busy schedule, On moving day, the team/truck showed up on time, and ready to work. I was impressed by the care they took to wrap and pad every piece of furniture, lamp, and electronic device. Once at my new apartment, they took the same care to unpack and place everything exactly where I wanted it, and they cleaned up all the moving debris, and took it with them. They were friendly, efficient, professional, and above all…careful with my things. I am completely satisfied, and would recommend them to anyone in need of a moving company.

The movers were excellent. They were fast, very careful, polite and professional. They arrived on time, and communicated well when they were taking breaks. They moved the furniture around several times as I tried to decide how I wanted rooms set up. The price was similar to other companies and I got 10% discount for paying cash. I would absolutely use them again.

Stairhoppers did an excellent job moving my items out of a storage unit & into my home.

All went great. Just needed a dining room set moved, but it was too heavy for us. The guys arrived on time, we’re very cordial and took care when wrapping and moving. Would definitely use this company again. Price was higher because point A to Point B was over an hour away.

They were quick, and efficient. Also the most affordable compared to every other moving company I called, other companies provided 2 movers at a higher rate than stairhoppers at 3.

This is the first time in my life that I have hired movers and I think I might have been spoiled. These guys were extremely professional, personable, timely, careful and great communicators. The price was extremely reasonable with discounting options. For the long haul to Florida, the four guys were exactly on time, provided a dedicated truck and travelled door-to-door in two days. They assembled my furniture upon arrival and were very accommodating during the delivery on a hot day. I highly recommend this company!

Stairhoppers was great every step of the way. From the first phone call until the crew left, everything was amazing. The people taking our reservation were friendly and knowledgeable, the packers we used the day before our move were total professionals. Everything was packed beautifully and each box was labeled. The crew that did the actual move were excellent. They were punctual, and there was no damage to any of our belongings. They even had to move a piano. We would totally recommend them, and definitely would use them again.

Fantastic Attitudes from Jose and his partner. They made quick work of moving furniture between three floors and assembled a table that was very challenging and 8 chairs as well.
