So simple and carefree, not a single issue, and the team was lovely.

It went great. The leader, Sebastian, was fantastic. Sebastian and Alex possessed great communication skills, were very efficient, and a pleasure to work with. It was a 5 man crew in total. The job was estimated accurately in terms of time, man power and truck size.

The guys from stairhoppers were fast, careful, and professional. All of our stuff arrived in exactly the condition it was in when we left the old apartment. I would definitely hire stairhoppers again!

The move went great and the movers were very efficient! They carefully wrapped my big furniture items and remembered to bring the rental TV box for my 65" TV. They helped set up a few things in my new apartment, which was really helpful! The only thing I wish I could have done ahead of time is bought some supplies myself that they used. For example, I was charged $40 for the tape and I think I could have found it cheaper myself. I would definitely hire them again!

Excellently! This is the third time I’ve used stair hoppers for a move, and each time they’ve been fantastic. Quick, efficient, careful — best moving company I’ve ever used. Hopefully I won’t need their services again for a while, but when I do, I know who I’ll be calling.

They were very responsive from the beginning getting me a a quote promptly, communicated well in the week leading up to the move, and on the day of the move everything went smoothly and quickly. They took great care of all of our items and were great with dealing with our pets and the quirks that brought to the move. Would absolutely hire again.

It went smoothly and met all expectations! The movers were scheduled to arrive between 8-8:30am and were pulling up right at 8am. They were done unpacking a 16’ truck in about 1 hour. AMAZINGLY FAST! I will absolutely use them for my next move.

Really seamless process. They picked up my things from Massachusetts and delivered them in NYC same-day. The movers were great, and all of my communication with the company was clear and timely.

Stairhopper Movers are fantastic! Getting a quote online was fast and easy and the office followed up on numerous occasions to finalize details and ask questions. Ours was not a terribly complicated move but it did involve 3 recent college graduates and Alex and his crew were so kind and careful and super fast. They did not wrap and box anything but were accommodating with loose items and large pieces of furniture. I will hire Stairhopper Movers again and again!!
