Spotless New England

I received a reply via email very promptly from the quote form via his site. The amount quoted, without even scheduling a visit for a real quote, was almost double what our association was paying previously. (We were looking for common area cleaning and not individual cleaning services.) After explaining that via email we received a reduced quote along with accolades of Best of Boston and and quot;I cost a bit more because of the quality I provide...and quot; schtick. After explaining we weren't looking for anything over the top, general common area cleaning is sufficient etc. the final reply was mind boggling. Nick's last response, as he kept implying all along, was that he was just around the corner and even said and quot;...and we have 10 FB friends in common Lol (insert happy face emoticon)and quot;. I'm all for the small business man needing to get off the ground and build clientele etc. I support it wholeheartedly. I've been in the South End long enough to Know and see a lot of the small business owners I patronize grow and flourish over the past 20 plus years. But when you check someone's personal Facebook profile and then tell them about it as though that's a 'marketing' gimmick, I'm sorry, but that's far from professional. And there is a difference between being a 'business' and being 'professional' with your customers. This was not professional in any way.

The company owner is personally involved with the crew. In house, on the job, training as he personally also rotates and work with them. I have yet to see such working ethics, such strive to be the best. Very hands on. This type of work is very personal and it is not easy to please some customers. I have had workers coming in my home to clean for over 30 years, it always started well and then started sliding. The owner personally rotate to each new job to see what is truly needed and educates the workers with the particular need of the new job site. The boss is not afraid to get his hands dirty. He is dedicated to hia clients. This time, i meet my match. Spotless New England is it.
