+ -1 moreWe hired this company in 2005, they were very good. During the last year, the people that we believed to be the owners have disappeared. New cleaners started to come to my home. Communication was difficult since English was not the first language. Other companies appear to have branched out of the cleaning service. Telephone calls to the multitude of numbers that I have for them are either disconnected or I leave messages and nobody returns the calls. They damaged my stove and bathtub due to carelessness. They tried to re-glaze my tub only to make it worse.

A man would come through with 2 cleaning ladies, drop them off with all the supplies they would need, and the 2 women would clean furiously for about 2 hours. They did a great job cleaning everything, and even made little roses on the top and tissues when you came home - like a hotel. It was always such a please to be in my house after they were there.
Description of Work: Called them for service. They came by to see the house and gave me a quote. I was able to negotiate a rate of $60/month from $80/month by promising them 2 other units in my building which they could clean at the same time/day - so it would be one stop business for them. They came 1 x month, starting the next month. and always left a card letting me know what date they would be back.

+ -1 moreThey threw away my gloves. They were laying around in my house and they threw them in the trash. They weren't very expensive and they did an ok job. I have only used them once. I would recommend them.

+ -1 moreThey do a really good job. I have been using them for a while and I always feel a sense of clean after they have been here. They always show up at the same time and are done before I get home.
Description of Work: S & N comes out every other week to clean my 1025 square foot home. They dust, mop the kitchen and bathroom floors, clean the windows and spray air freshener. They also scrub down the entire kitchen and bathroom.
