That's good. We got it up and installed. It works well. It's a self installed system. That payment was for the system. They have a monthly monitoring fee. The have basic and extended packages which we have not started using. It took maybe three to five business days to ship to us.

Perfect. Arrived on time and they followed by email every step along the way.

Love the product. It comes ready to go out of the box. All you have to do is hang the keypad and sensors wherever you want them- no hardwiring required. The service uses cellular lines for monitoring so you don't need a home phone line. The monitoring service is inexpensive and there is no contract. Simplisafe customer service is excellent and very responsive. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Very well - excellent instructions.

It went pretty good. I had a problem wit one system and they sent me a new motherboard. They where responsive and sent it for free. It was easy to install. It falls off sometimes when you put it on stuff but I guess you could put more glue on it.

Self serve. Easy to install. Great product.

It was okay the only thing I didn't finish to do is because what package I need a permit but I don't need a permit.[0:11:28.8], this week I suppose to call him before but I don't have a change, I have to call them to make monitor for the remote. I put it up for myself the alarm is working now but I had to call them to monitor it because that is something you could do by yourself. When I ask a question they give me assistant that set me up.

Installation was seamless. It was easy to install. It is a monitor service. I pay for a monitor service. It works good.

We purchased a promo package through an Angie's list special then added in additional window, door and glass break sensors. In total we paid approximately $550 for 17 window/door sensors, 6 glass break sensors, 1 motion detector, 1 moisture and 1 freeze sensor, and a few additional items. The entire system was very easy to set up and everything works beautifully. The response time of the operator is amazing. This is the best home security system we have ever owned...and it's all wireless so we can take it with us to our next home. You cannot beat the value and peace of mind.

We still have it. Its fine. They sent it second day air, and you put it in. I just pay it once an month. They called us a couple of times, because the cats have set off the motion alarm. I set off the smoke alarm also. They are good, and they will get right to you. They know what zone that is set off, so I know if its the cat, or someone breaking in. I don't have to rush home. No punctuality is involved, they just mail you the stuff.

We've had 3 false alarms, and police/fire were dispatched to the house for the faulty equipment. Sensors keep being dropped from the system, and the base station hasn't been connected to any dispatch service for a week. This is a terribly faulty system. Do not use.

Very well. I have not had the opportunity to have the alarm system go on for burglary or fire to fully assess the overall performance.

Had a couple of issues after installing the unit but response time to emails was slower than I hoped. Trying to get a customer service representative was a bit "trying." Long wait times. Hung up both times and emailed instead. Central monitoring and notifications were quick. Overall a good buy but expect a hiccup or two

good, but there were some issues/questions upon installation so it wasn't as easy as they say. However, I called customer support and they took care of all my issues.

I installed the system and it seems to be working fine

no response to email, no response to voice mail....it is sunday, have contacted 3 times since weds - no response....returning some of this equipment - cameras - no instructions - no support....need to plug in not wireless -forget it

Great. they helped me test the system. So far I am very pleased with the service and response. I pushed the test button on the smoke alarm and the called within minutes to see if everything was ok even though the alarm was in the off mode.

Purchased a home security system and it was great. Very easy to set up.
