Description of Work: Provide equipment sales and monitoring service with slick mobile interface and alert system. Being that the system is completely wireless with the exception of the base station, it's easy to install. Text alerts, remote mobile device control, and 24 hr monitoring for $25/mo can't be beat. The system works through T-mobile's cellular network, so make sure there's quality coverage in your area. Every 3 months or so I seem to experience an issue with the link to dispatch service which has either been fixed by performing a hard reset of the base station, or if that doesn't work, Simplisafe has sent me replacement base stations or parts on two separate occasions. If your house is larger than 2,500 sq ft, then you're better off going with a wired system. Overall, this is a relatively quality product which is affordable and easy to install. Additionally, it's relatively easy to customize if you're somewhat computer savvy.
