Description of Work: Simplisafe works very well as a simple home alarm system, and the monitoring is well priced and reliable. They also helped me get set up with the required permit for my local police department. The biggest failure is the lack of a glass-break sensor. It was promised as "right around the corner" when I bought my system, and now a year later it's still "coming soon" with no real date on the horizon.
