Description of Work: I spoke with a representative and they helped me with my order. I ordered a kit plus some additional pieces. The installation was VERY easy and the system is even easier to turn off and on. I chose to have our system monitored for an additional monthly fee. I am very pleased with our new security system.

Description of Work: This is a do it yourself security service that I'm cautiously optimistic about. It was very easy to install but the basic components that came with the package where certainly not enough (or diverse enough) to truly do a complete house. However, it did give me ample ability to test out the system and I am very pleased with it's performance to date. We will see when I get the other components that I need (which is also increasing the price twofold from what I originally thought but still seems to be a fair deal for what you get.
