Description of Work: Simpli Safe provided the wireless equipment to set up sensors at entry doors and motion detector. The installation instructions for the wireless system were easy to follow, and most equipment is mounted with tape which makes it so easy. There was a small glitch when we plugged in the command center, but a phone call to a technician was all it took to get the problem adjusted. I am happy to have our home protected.

Description of Work: My only negative on this product was the whole reason I purchased this security system was that you did not have to have in monitored. They don't tell you that the fact that it is not monitored shows on your keypad for everyone to see and there is a flashing blue light letting you know it's not being monitored! It kind of defeats the purpose!

Description of Work: Self installed security system. Installation and programming was very easy. I ordered an additional sensor which shipped and arrived quickly. I have not activated the monitoring because we are replacing all of our windows and will not be able to place and checkout all monitors until that is complete. I fully intend to have the remote monitoring. A plus to the system is that the central control will 'ding' when a door with a sensor is opened -- This helps keep track of our 2 year old grandson who is VERY adept at unlocking and opening doors!
