Description of Work: We were already familiar with this product and planning on purchasing it, but when we saw it offered as an Angies List Deal for a bit cheaper than its regular price, we went on and bought it. It arrived in about a week and my husband spent a couple hours setting all the components up. He didn't have too much difficulty, except one entry sensor did cause him some frustration as he had to reposition it three times for it to line up correctly. After that, it was in test mode for about three days. We have not had any issues, but it has only been "live" for a couple days. I like that you can download the app to control it and it seems very user-friendly.

Description of Work: Great product-very easy install. Did not use the monitoring service yet but plan to in the colder months to take advantage of the low temperature sensor.

Description of Work: The company web site is somewhat difficult to navigate, especially to custom configure a set of sensors. But once I got through that, the service was excellent.

Description of Work: The services provided basically included providing support and assistance in the installation and activation of a home security system by the homeowner. The installation and activation are not difficult but we had questions as we progressed through the process and the telephone support by Simplisafe was easy to understand and follow. There was a small problem with one of the components which they were able to correct with a few simple instructions over the phone.

Description of Work: Called simplisafe to inguire about installing a system. Rep was very helpful and informative. Purchased initial alarm system thru Angiie's list and then added on more components and dealt directly with the company. Again extremely helpful and my shipments were super quick. Alarm system was easy to install. This weekend I will be do the 3 day trial of learning the system without it calling in an emergancy. Plan to order more.

Description of Work: This is a self install monitoring package. Took me less than a half hour to set up my whole house. System works perfect. I have the lowest monitoring package of 14.99 which is 24/7 monitoring of my house. I can turn monitoring on and off as I choose and there is no contract. Pretty much can't beat it.
