Signature Improvements

It was great. It was one of the best experiences I had. He was fantastic, like a contractor sent from heaven. He is actually doing work for my in-laws right now. He is remodeling the whole bathroom. He was great. He was so easy to talk to. The front porch was rotting and he told me, "This is what you absolutely have to do. Here's the minimum you should do." Anytime he went to do some work, he would always point it out and make it very clear like, "Here's why it has to be done." That's what I really liked. He was very conscientious. He did the trim work during January. It was cold out there. Animals had made their way behind the trim work. They had eaten holes in. I was afraid they were actually going to get into the house. It was freezing and snowing. He was up there, doing it and it came out perfect. He was so good actually. The trim work is about 30 feet up. You could just tell everything was detailed. He matched the old trim to the new trim. You couldn't even tell the parts that he cut out and replaced. It was all seamless. He was overly precise. I didn't even want to give him to my in-laws because I wanted to keep him to myself. He was so honest. I have recommended him to friends and family. He came back a month after the project and drove some nails in on his own time. All of his work is beautiful and he is so skilled. He is a good listener and you never feel rushed. He is very sociable. His price is really good too. His prices were really cheap.

They had a good "partnering" attitude. They were very reliable, and professional. They took immense pride in the small details. Their pricing was always fair. The work came out beautifully.
